I dreamt I figured out time travel, but I couldn’t control where I ended up. And one of the first places I landed was a concert the Beatles gave at a train station in Germany. I’m sure that just the influence of A Hard Day’s Nightseeping in.

I remember an odd detail – that the staff at the train station were nice enough to each to take turns doing shifts so everyone could have a chance to see the band.

You would have loved to be there at that train station. Heck, I wouldn’t need to hope on the train when they’re playing! Do you remember any songs they played?

StrawberryFieldsForever

I had a dream that I was in a hall and I was sitting adjacent to the stage in some elevated position with my back to it. I was facing the audience and could turn around and have a good view of the stage too. Beyond a few rows of chairs was seated John Lennon  a-hard-days-night-john-1 and he was asking around for a pencil. I was about to toss him a pencil but he had caught somebody else’s already. Then I noticed that John already had a pencil with him and I mouthed the words, “But you already have yours!” , to which he replied, “Darling, theres a difference between subjective (and) objective reality!”. He said it in an irritated manner but at that moment I turned around blushing at the way he addressed me. LOL.

….
The other day I had a dream that two hosts were sitting on a sofa. One was announcing something but was very jumpy, kept crossing his legs over and over and another host had to cut in to finish the sentences. Then I saw George mimicking the jumpy host after which he and I started laughing hysterically. And then I woke up feeling my lips stretched in a smile. a-hard-days-night-george-9

I literally have Beatles dreams everynight. Most of them are George dreams like being married and stuff like that. But really the strangest dream I had was that John had to go to a mental hospital because he was becoming too obsessed with walruses. He had like this walrus costume, walrus plush toys, walrus posters… he even had a pet walrus. I woke up from the dream and I was all like “Whoa. What happened there?” a-hard-days-night-john-7

Walurusmania.

Do you recall what era John got this obsession? Early/middle/late 60’s? Post-Beatles?

I think she means that some of her original posts have been reposted by others whilst the recreation was ongoing so she can go back and thumb what she originally said.

Sorry, I still don’t get the “thumb” part. Something to do with thumbnail images?

Annadog, just two days ago I dreamt of the red crane of lifting rocks at 4:53 am while hanging my toes off my bed and George Martin and Jane Asher were there (and I didn’t post it here while thread was in reconstruction mode), and it didn’t help me understand at all:(

By thumb, they mean “thank” using the yellow star on a post…like “thumbs up”.

I dreamed that George Martin had had a very bad day so he went out and got drunk. Real drunk. John Lennon and I were in a house with him. We helped him up a step and onto a sofa. He was sound asleep by the time we got him stretched out on the sofa.

It was a recent-days, older George Martin and a ’64 Lennon in the dream.

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8 That’s why GM was having a bad day, because Paul was missing! At the time AG and John were settling GM on the sofa, Paul was wondering what was going on as he came to and found himself tied to a bed in a soundproofed room in Beatles Bible House. A room that had a sign on the other side of the door warning the other residents to “Beware the Mod!”… blue-meanie

@Beatleva, I also had one last night with Paul and Ringo both in it. We were all fully clothed, and we were talking. I’ve been trying all day to remember something else about that dream, but it just won’t come to me. I really hoped to have more to report. ahdn_paul_01 Sorry

I had a Paul dream a couple nights ago. I think in my dream it was my birthday and as a present, my parents hired this marketing company to have Paul come down to my house for a few days. It was cool. I think Paul was in my bedroom sleeping in my bed while I got the air mattress on the floor. But the weirdest thing was my dad and I had to go into town to run an errand. Somehow, my uncle was there, and I asked dad, “What’s Paul going to do alone with my uncle?” “Go fishing.” “What? But Paul’s a vegetarian! Why would he go fishing?!?” But it was a cool dream and the first one I’ve had in a while.

I didn’t have a Beatles dream, but I had a Beatles Bible dream last night. I dreamed that @Joe issued a statement of purpose that we were all supposed to follow. I don’t remember the wording, but it was all about how the forum is meant solely for the discussion of The Beatles, their history and their music, and how all other posts containing silliness or irrelevant subjects were not to be tolerated from now on.
