I also once had one of my weekly Ringo dreams, and the highlight of it was that it was one of those dreams that felt so amazingly real, y’know? The entire time my dream was happening my only thought was that I was going to go to school and tell everyone about me and Ringo. In the dream I stole his sunglasses, and when I woke up I started crying because it was a dream… but then I noticed there were sunglasses next to my bed.
I’ve never owned sunglasses in my life.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Oh, I have plenty of Beatle dreams. They all seem to involve the 1966 Beatles coming over to my house.
Wow…. I didn’t know about all the drug use on this forum! (Backs away slowly)
Ah, I still love you guys. Who else would I talk to over the Internet?

There’s actually a whole thread dedicated to drug use.
Anyhow, have any of you tried to lucid dream? I’ve tried once or twice, but every time, I freaked out and stopped. But I’ve heard that if you succeed, you can bring anyone or anything you want into the dream and live out your fantasies or whatever.

Lucid dreams are tricky, it’s a fine line between realizing your asleep and accepting it without waking up. One time I came pretty close, I was just so tired and I wasn’t trying to fall asleep, but then suddenly I realized I was asleep but I was still on my bed. So I shot backwards up into my wall and had a suspended feeling, which you can also achieve through meditation. But then my thoughts got in the way and I woke up.

Wow guys you’re quite brave. I haven’t tried any of this because I always have strong deja-vús at least once every 2 weeks… and sometimes I dream what is happening in that moment. Example, when I was 7, I was dreaming of a car accident. When I woke up, my Mom said that my sister and my Dad were in a bad bus accident. Thank God they were ok with some minor injuries. But the accident was pretty bad, at least 13 people were killed and the news was on national TV. Then I dreamed of a friend playing with a beautiful girl and the next day I found out he was married with a girl with a description pretty much to the one in my dream. This doesn’t creep me out, but I prefer not to mess with that “stuff” in my brain. Now it’s not that I have a special ability to read minds or whatsoever but … still…

I have lucid dreams quite often, especially when I meditate. They are quite amusing. You are aware that you are awake and are dreaming, yet you “surprise” yourself in the dream. I know a guy who had a lucid dream for 30 hours straight.

Actually, I had a dream about that on Friday night. We were talking about dreaming and how sometimes dreams seem more real than reality sometimes. Hey, I was dreaming.

I’ve had a lucid dream before. It was weird. I had a dream that I was in bed, and then at some point I realised I was dreaming. Then I decided to go and watch TV. I watched an episode of Pokemon.
That morning, the episode of Pokemon that was on had the exact same plot as my dream. I’d never seen it before.

I once had a dream that paul and ringo were young again and had their mop-tops and stuff. We got on an airplane and sat down next to george and john, only they were very very very VERY old and I couldn’t for the life of me tell who they were, so I asked ringo, “Who are they???” and he said “George and John. George is very Sitar-ish and John is just weird.” Then this Spanish Speaking man came out of the floor with a ukelele and started playing and singing “Dr. Robert”.
Then The Plane crashed in Alaska.
And more recently I had a dream my neighbor died then ringo bought his house except Ringo was younger with the 1970’s look. SOoooooo Ringo pretty much became my neighbor, Except I got too scared to go ask for his autograph because I didn’t want him to hate me.

Wow… Did you dream the “love is more that just holding hands” part?
Unfortunatley, the “making the baby” part, I did not dream. I was in an ultrasound room getting a sonogram and John was holding my hand and he was by my side.

It was actually quite deep. The ultrasound technician was George dressed up in a nurse suit….everything after that was a bit of a blur.
