I do! I haven't had a chance to try any of the recipes (meatless is a hard sell in my house), but they look good. I thought it was cute how she rangled Paul into making bread. a-hard-days-night-george-9

That kind? We always call them “potatoes.” Not potatoes, “potatoes.” Meaning they're not really potatoes, if you catch my drift. If not, I usually don't go around trying to hold the wind.

Here's one! a-hard-days-night-george-9 Which year is your favorite, haircut-wise? Mine's got to be '63. They are just so cute! a-hard-days-night-john-5

Edit: I also enjoy '69 McBeardy! That luscious beard.

Edit of Edit: McLuscious beard.

I'm in love, but I'm lazy.

'68. As Mr. Big said, George looked George-licious in that year.  If I were a man I'd love to look like George, John or Ringo in that year. And yes… that beard is McLuscious. He's the original McSteamy. (or McDreamy. or whatever)

I think I should try for the Ringo 1970 look. You can tell that Paul and George were always influenced by John and how he looked, but I've always thought that John was influenced the most by Ringo. They all pulled off the different looks to varying degrees, but Ringo always had a way of making the look work for him.

1966. Except maybe Ringo's helmet hair. I like his 1967 mustache.

I DO NOT like Paul's 1969 beard. It seriously looks like it's going to crawl off his face and eat a small child. We [my family] have named it Paul's Horrid Beard.

I like 1967. Just the fact that John had a special cup to keep his mustache clean when he drank his tea amuses me. How can you not love the fold out picture of Sgt. Pepper ?

Take a drink from his special cup! I hadn't heard of that one. Are there pictures?

I don't think so. From Anthology (1966 chapter. towards the end): “PAUL: John had a moustache cup. It had a little hole underneath the lip so you could drink tea from it without getting your moustache in it – rather fetching!”

It's the second time i read this “Mad Day Out 1968”, and  I can't find any reference… What is it?

I'd like to say "thank you" on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we passed the audition.
