Kudos on the near-replicating of John’s screaming; it was much better than I could ever do (y’know, also, being… not a man 
). Though I found some little bits that could use improving (very little bits), overall you did quite the solid job. Erm, as for apples, just take the basket:

Offline Thanks for kind words @WeepingAtlasCedars. I’ve come to except that theres no way to perfectly replicate Lennon, and will go back to singing in my own style. I’ll post more covers soon.

Offline I’m not trying to sound pissy, but where’s the guitar and bass. In the studio version, there’s at least 3 guitar parts (John playing choppy chords on his Casino and George playing what the trumpet is supposed to play on the backing track while Paul plays the mini-solo on his Casino, possibly with George performing an additional overdub) and a bass part (done by Paul on his Rickenbacker), but on this version, I hear none of that, I don’t even hear the guitar during the break when the guitars are most audible.
Maybe you should try posting more.

Offline I had 3 players: me on piano, a trumpet, and drums. It was put together 15 minutes before the show. Trust me, If could have taken my white book there and taught all of the parts exactly, I would have, but it was out of the realm of possibility.
Also, the whole point of a cover is that it is a different version than the original, so I hope you don’t get upset everytime you hear a cover that doesn’t perfectlly replicate the studio.

Really you should have contacted Paul and Ringo to join you on stage along with a huge sax Motown band, anything less is a disgrace. I mean, if you can’t at least match the Beatles version what is the slightest point of doing it.
Nana Mouskouri didn’t even sing ‘Hey Jude ‘ in a male voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Offline In honour of my Beatles Bible Birthday , here is a little something I recorded a while back. It’s just a (not-so-)crap demo with me singing and playing Sadie, and I recorded it before I got a real amplifier, so don’t expect much… least of all a full string section backing up the bass, organ, drums, etc…
