Man, not many. I love Revolution 9 , I love What Goes On , I love Goodnight, I love Mr. Moonlight…
I think, although these will be controversial, I have to go with Run For Your Life . I hate Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite!, but I have to admit that the song serves its purpose. Run For Your Life , to me, is just You Can’t Do That (which I love) part 2, but much much darker with music that was not the best (for them.)
This is not to say it’s a bad song, but I believe it was the worst thing they released.

I read an article recently about how there is no such thing as a good song or a bad song.. just an effective one and an ineffective one. People judge Rev 9 by the standards of a normal song and thus hate it which is unfair as that is clearly not what it is intended to do. As an avant-garde piece, it is interesting and surprising and is a milestone within the genre.
@Dark Overlord @dark overlord I love Good Night . Guess I’m just a sucker for strings. The interest of the White Album is how different and unexpected it is, and let’s be honest using 8 minutes of record space just for Hey Jude is a bit of a waste when you can have it on single. Maybe Rev9 could have been trimmed down a couple minutes too.

The reason I wish they used Hey Jude instead of Good Night is because Hey Jude sounds happy whereas the other one is someone telling you to go to bed.

At the end of a record. Following ‘Revolution 9 ‘ ‘Hey Jude ‘ would not have worked anywhere near as well as ‘Good Night ‘, for one the transition would have been jarring.

My thoughts exactly. You could argue Hey Jude should be in place of Revolution 9 , which may or may not have worked well (I think the song as a single was better,) but transitioning from the randomness and surprising facets of Avant-garde in Revolution 9 to an orchestral based song of Ringo singing a lullaby truly made the White Album what it was- A diverse, unprecented set of tracks. If Revolution 9 had just been placed on a B side somewhere instead of in the White Album , it would have never gotten its chance to shine. It is a work of art, and you just have to view it in a certain way through the eyes of Lennon(not as a true song)

I completely agree with @Pineapple Fields and additionally, apart from the musical aspect, the moment where Ringo tells you to go to bed is a very happy moment, too, imo because it’s a message of peace sent to everybody in the world.
Although it’s not my least favourite song, I’d consider Love Me Do the worst/ most ineffective Beatles song whatever this may actually mean.

Pineapple Fields, Beatlebug, WeepingAtlasCedarsNot once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. They could’ve done both, had it on the album and as a single, they did it with Come Together and Yellow Submarine so why not here.

I don’t blame you, this song is way to basic with it’s 3 chords and repeated verses it’s hard to take seriously.

Imagine that Hey Jude was on the White Album , with no Revolution 9 . Now, imagine Goodnight coming after it. Does Goodnight make any sense at all now? No, it doesn’t. The Beatles knew exactly what they were doing, they wanted Goodnight to be the sharpest contrast possible to Revolution 9 .
Now, imagine there is no Goodnight, and it’s Revolution 9 followed by Hey Jude . You now have the 2 longest Beatles tracks (through 1968) as back to back closers on the White Album . Now, to the casual listener who may not have the knowledge that we have on here, this has become “Hey Jude and 29 other songs.” (Probably 28 because room on the vinyl.)
Do you understand what I’m saying? The White Album reflected the changes each Beatle was undergoing. Paul was still hopping around with his granny music (that I love, keep in mind) John was being heavily influenced by Yoko and expanding to a lot more innovative things, George was emerging as a solo artist himself, and Ringo’s vocals were… getting better.
My point is, each track serves a purpose on The White Album , and Hey Jude would not have fit on side 4 the same way that either of the aforementioned 2 tracks did.

Now I get it, Hey Jude wouldn’t’ve fit on The Beatles because of how it closes although what I was thinking is taking out everything after Cry Baby Cry and adding this track in it’s place. Now that I think about it, Good Night isn’t that bad of a closer because of how it follows the previous track, although it’s just not my type of music.
Maybe they could’ve released an album like Let It Be Naked where they did an alternate tracklisting where they ended with Hey Jude instead. Since they couldn’t call it The Beatles Naked, they would’ve either called it The Beatles Director’s Cut or The Off White Album .

There is also the matter of the album having 4 George and 2 Ringo tracks, 2 and 1 respectively on each LP; one George on each side, Ringo on the second side of each LP. Ditching ‘Good Night ‘ would have lost that symmetrical approach that is on the album. 24 hours was spent working out the running order and how they would all fit together.

But it’s not a forced structure. For example, A Hard Day’s Night , Magical Mystery Tour , and Let It Be do not give Ringo a lead vocal and Long Tall Sally doesn’t give George a lead vocal. Also, who spends a whole day determining the running order of an album, I wonder placing Hey Jude on The Beatles was brought up during this day.

They spent 24 hours on the track listing? Damn, the track listing is one of my issues with the album, at least in parts. They don’t do a very good job of spreading out the masterpieces among the other songs. For example on disc 1 you get 5 killer songs in a row (while My Guitar, happiness is, Martha My Dear , blackbird, I’m So Tired ) and then it lulls with subpar tracks like Piggies stacked up against each other. Still, the album is a masterpiece.

‘A Hard Day’s Night ‘ Ringo got ill and never got to record anything, ‘Magical Mystery Tour ‘ was an album cobbled together by Capitol and ‘Let It Be ‘ was a total mess and should not be looked at as a reason for anything. ‘Long Tall Sally ‘ was an E.P., god knows why you are heading down there except to continue harping on about a point.
Also, who spends a whole day determining the running order of an album, I wonder placing Hey Jude on The Beatles was brought up during this day.
Abbey Road . The White Album sessions. Paul, John and George Martin held a 24 hour session, beginning at 5pm and ending at 5pm the following day, choosing the songs and working out the sequencing of the four sides of the double album. They were up against a tight deadline, and every studio and listening room at Abbey Road was used for this marathon task: studios one, two and three as well as listening rooms 41 and 42. In the end 30 songs were presented to the public as The Beatles (and, as usual, the two sides of their new single was not included).George was not involved in the final selection and sequencing because he flew to Los Angeles that day to continue working with Jackie Lomax on his forthcoming Apple album.
‘Hey Jude ‘ was released on the 26th August, 6 weeks earlier, and before you call upon ‘Come Together ‘/’Something ‘, that was a Klein created single done for entirely financial reasons. So for the final time, ‘Hey Jude ‘ was never intended nor considered by the Beatles to be on ‘The Beatles’.
