That was pretty good, not great, I thought…the “Yellow Submarine “-style visual approach suits the loud electric sounds well, there’s a basic ear/eye enjoyment in just watching the imagery unfold, in measures precisely matching Ringo’s (and everybodys) timekeeping. Also, it’s kind of a refreshing change to see a Beatles video in which JPGR themselves barely appear.
My complaints? Well, some of the lyrical illustrations were less interesting than they could’ve been – too obvious and literal, or unimaginative – why didn’t we get to see a psychedelically colored Wilson and Heath, for example?

Offline Not a huge fan of The Beatles and Beach Boys new “official videos.” Even though its the official youtube channel posting them, feels more like expensive fan art than an actual music video. I mean not every song had a music video made for it, and that’s ok. Not a huge gripe but maybe call it “companion video” or something like that.
