I was thinking; if there’s a topic “songs that make you cry”, why wouldn’t it be a topic named “songs that make you smile”.?
songs that make me smile are Good Day Sunshine , Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da , Hold Me Tight , She’s like a rainbow (Rolling Stones) and a song from a Bosnian band named Plavi Orkestar.
so, which songs make you smile.?

Why does Yer Blues make you smile?
"Now and then, though, someone does begin to grow differently. Instead of down, his feet grow up toward the sky. But we do our best to discourage awkward things like that."
"What happens to them?" insisted Milo.
"Oddly enough, they often grow ten times the size of everyone else," said Alec thoughtfully, "and I’ve heard that they walk among the stars."

Octopus's Garden, Yellow Submarine (), and All Together Now . And a song that makes me smile in a I-was-sad-but-now-they've-made-it-better way, then Hey Jude 100%! Especially singing along during the chorus.

Hey Jude (sorry guys), I was in that Beatle-less funk, like Skye, but when I heard on the radio (YAY!!!) I got back to Beatles.

I smile whenever I hear “I Wanna Be Your Man ,” because all I can think of during that song is Ringo's dumb dance that he does to it in Hard Day's Night!

It's hard to answer, because almost every time a listen to a Beatles song I smile…
Ok, maybe especially Good Day Sunshine , I Feel Fine , Got To Get You Into My Life …
Sont des mots qui vont très bien ensemble.

Honey Don't. That song just makes me really, really happy. Ringo's vocals always put a smile on my face, I love the cheerful beat of the song, and the way he cues in the guitar solo by going “Rock on George!” is just adorable.

Really, most Beatles songs can make me smile. Though the ones that make me way happy are A Day In The Life , Hey Jude , Yesterday , Let It Be , Happiness Is A Warm Gun , IWTHYH, This Boy , She Loves You , Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite, any one of Paul’s ‘granny shit’ songs, and Love Me Do to name a few..
And as far as non-Beatles songs go, it’s Mr. Blue Sky(Electric Light Orchestra), Nothing But The Best and That’s Life(Frank Sinatra), American Pie(Don McLean), The Best Day(Taylor Swift), and She’s Got A Way(Billy Joel)

The Beatles' cover of Please Mister Postman always makes me smile because they sound so into it. They sound so young and fresh, and they really get into that Mo-Town shuffle groove of the tune. Especially love John's vocals. It sounds like he was really enjoying himself–like *he* was smiling when he recording it.
Using the random shuffle on my MP3, I will list other songs that make me smile, until the list gets ridiculous in its length (I mean there's a reason why I love the Beatles):
A Dy in the Life
I Don't Want to Spoil the Party (it's fun to sing)
Fixing A Hole (I know this is kid of hated by some Beatles fans but I love it)
For Me to You (la da da da da dum dum da)
Baby, You're a Rich Man
Happiness in a Warm Gun (obviously)
All My Loving (also makes me want to dance)
Eight Days A Week (just try singing along *without* smiling–and go ahead and clap too, you know you want to)
I Saw Her Standing There (yeah, I want to dance to this one too)
Two of Us (this one means a lot to me)
I Want To Hold Your Hand (by all accounts I should be deathly sick of this one but it's eternally irresistible)
Yellow Submarine (don't lie–it makes you smile too)
Sexy Sadie (don't know why–it just does)
I'm Only Sleeping (kind of my personal anthem!)
Everyone's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey
Mother Nature's Son
Octopus' Garden
With A Little Help From My Friends
Here Comes The Sun (actually this one can also make me cry)
She Came In Through The Bathroom Window
Here, There And Everywhere (really, it's just so lovely)
All You Need in Love
Help ! (may seem weird but it always seemed like an upbeat song to me)
Norwegian Wood (perhaps my favoritest of all-time favorite Beatles songs)
Ok, I'll stop…
I'm not a girl who misses much.

I love that song. It's so underrated, and it's LOVELY.
One of my favorite George songs.
