I had to do a top 5:
5. I'll Get You
4. This Boy
2. Revolution
Speaking of B-sides, how do people feel about Thank You Girl ? Its probably the only Beatles song I really dislike, I just find the sound of it so...annoying

I'd put it on a par with I'll Get You , its ok but nowhere near as good as its flip. I generally remember the difficulty Ringo had with the drumming at the end during recording it and that makes it more fun to listen to.

I have to go with "Strawberry Fields Forever "... even though technically it's not a B-side, it was a double A-side...
"Don't Let Me Down " is a very close second.
"Please don't bring your banjo back, I know where it's been.. I wasn't hardly gone a day, when it became the scene.. Banjos! Banjos! All the time, I can't forget that tune.. and if I ever see another banjo, I'm going out and buy a big balloon!"

I like I'll Get You . The bass and middle 8 are really good, but I agree, its obviously miles away from the brilliance of She Loves You .

An A-side is an A-side. You can't just call it a B-side because you want to say you like that song. It's not a B-side. That was petty, I know. Sorry.
I love Old Brown Shoe . I remember finally buying Past Masters and listening to that song for the first time. I think I had that song on repeat for like a month. This Boy , I Am The Walrus , I'll Get You and I'm Down are other honorable mentions, though.

All the ones that have come up here.
Always the B sides were played at home more because the A sides were all over the radio.......
BUT......One that hasn't been mentioned....... (And I'm not trying to be perverse in mentioning it now) is, Baby You're A Rich Man .........For some reason I loved how first time it went 'Keep'all your money in a big brown bag.......And later there was a gap........Keep all your money in a big brown bag.

Old Brown Shoe - back when I had the single I listened to it more than the "A" side (once I had listened a few times to hear it without the "bleep" we had to suffer through on radio here).

Nice choice. The hook in that song for me is Macca's bass. Tremendous.
For me, the favorite side - A, B, Z or otherwise - will always be Rain .
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.
