This includes their post-Beatles solo careers. Also, the covering artist doesn't necessarily have to be alive now.
Here's my list. Some of my entries are meant to be comically absurd, others are serious:
James Taylor -- Penny Lane
David Bowie & David Byrne in a duet -- I'm So Tired
Emmylou Harris & Linda Ronstadt -- Mother
The Three Tenors (Plácido Domingo, José Carreras and Luciano Pavarotti) -- Piggies
William Shatner -- Tommorrow Never Knows
Phoebe Snow -- Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
Robert Goulet -- Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite
Andy Williams -- Michelle
Frank Sinatra -- Julia
Neil Young, Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan -- You've Got To Hide Your Love Away
The Rolling Stones -- Drive My Car

Oh, I just thought of a doozy:
Boris Karloff singing "I'm Looking Through You ".
Just think about it.
(Although Karloff died long ago, in 1969, the actor Jeremy Irons has a remarkably similar voice -- so he could pull it off. Or just some good impressionist out there.)
