There are probably at least a thousand distinct references to body parts in the Beatles’ body of work. Notice how quickly and bountifully answers came. Might I suggest, that the 2nd (or perhaps it tops “eyes”) most mentioned body part is “heart?” I haven’t analyzed it but it certainly seems plausible.
