Does Ringo consider 1976-1983 to be his worst period? All of the above albums are out of print. It’s weird–all of those albums, in sequence, are the ones I am missing. They should re-release these as a budget box set or something.

I believe ‘Ringo’s Rotogravure’ is on the US iTunes whilst i can download ‘Bad Boy ‘ and ‘Stop and Smell the Roses’ from my library website for free. The latter is ok; i haven’t bothered with ‘Bad Boy ‘.
I have them in mp3 form (not high quality, though). I just like having them sitting on my shelf.

It is annoying but the cost of having the cd’s printed and getting stores to stock them will be much more expensive and a pain than having them available to download (which they should be at a minimum). The amount of interest even from Beatles fans will be minimal making it impossible for whoever owns the rights to justify having physical copies.
The trouble is Ringo’s new music isn’t exactly flying off the shelves and so stores aren’t willing to give up valuable floor space for older releases. One of the few places would be amazon but they wont be inundated with requests.

Agreed – roll on the digital copies available down under.

I played the first song on that album, along with Liverpool 8 (the song) and “In Liverpool”, for my mom this morning to prepare us for the conference session today that was presented by someone who lives in Liverpool. His conference session blurb said the would have lots of Beatles references. He passed the audition. 
He really likes @Joe’s website, but he hasn’t joined the forum yet. I gave him my business card and encouraged him to join us.

The guy is a librarian in Liverpool. I wrote my forum name and personal email address on the back of the card. He said he would be my host when I take a trip back over to the ‘Pool.
