Maybe he'll play somewhere that isn't the U.S....

Reminds me of this meme I saw, captioned with something along the lines of 'when a band announces a world tour'

Hopefully he puts up some West side locations.  Maybe I'll get to see my first Beatle live.

A Christmas present that I got for me and my best friend. This will actually be my first concert ever, so I'm pretty excited!

Anybody here planning on going to see Ringo this year? I will be at his show at Tanglewood in Lenox, Massachusetts on June 19th. It's been 28 years since I've seen him play... coincidentally at the same venue! I'm psyched!

@lovelyritametermaid, have you heard the news?

Ringo is moving the tour to next year.

https://www.providencejournal......it-to-2021

The former Beatle announced that his entire spring tour will be postponed to next year "out of an abundance of caution."

"This is very difficult for me," Starr said, according to a news release. "In 30 years I think I've only missed two or three gigs nevermind a whole tour. But this is how things are for all of us now, I have to stay in just like you have to stay in, and we all know it's the peace and loving thing we do for each other. So we have moved the Spring tour to 2021. My fans know I love them, and I love to play for them and I can't wait to see you all as soon as possible. In the meantime stay safe. Peace and Love to you all."

@Ahhh Girl No I have not heard! But thanks so much for notifying me, I truly appreciate itjohn-lennon-salute_gif

Honestly, I'm kind of relieved that it was moved to 2021.

1) I'm very stressed right now and things aren't exactly getting better, both in my personal situations and worldwide. 2) No concert means one less day I have to take off of work in June (if I'm even going to have a job......who knows if the public pool that I work at will even be open) and thus another $70 or so dollars in my bank account (or $100 depending on if its a day were I can get a chance to work extra hours). 3) Things are pretty rocky with the person I was supposed to go with right now, and having it moved to 2021 will give me a chance to find someone that actually enjoys my company a-hard-days-night-paul-74) I really want Ringo to stay safe, so postponing the tour is the best for his health, even if things calm down my June. 5) I graduate high school next year, so it'll be a fun little treat to go see Ringo in concert my senior year paul-mccartney-thumb_gif
