Are you referring to the Worcester show? I see he is there the night before he comes down here. Hope you get a chance to see him. His show is fun.
Why yes, yes I am I’m hoping I’ll be able to see him too, if so it would be my very first concert!
EDIT: Found out the prices for the show for tickets. Holy crap, might as well start saving up my money now… Never realized concert tickets can be up to $700

$700 for Ringo tix? I love the guy, but if I had to pay $700 to see him I’d just as soon stay home. For the arena he is playing down here, the price range is $46 – $150.
Try the Ticketmaster website – it says the price range for the Worcester show is $55 – $125. Hope that helps. Seeing a Beatle as your first concert would be cool.

I’ve seen him on lots of his tours and had some pretty great seats and never paid that much for them! I just looked at one of the venues on sale and I could get second row for just under $300. Last time I saw him I was in the middle of the venue, center, and paid I think $125?
This $700 seat must be coming from a broker, not right from Ticketmaster. I saw broker seats just now for that much and more, for venues that aren’t even on sale yet.

I’m happy to sit on the sidewalk outside the place as long as it means I can 1. hear him and 2. get a small glimpse of him over the heads of other people.
I’ll probably have a nervous breakdown from seeing one of my GODS.

Oh thank god! If we had to pay $700 for damn tickets, I’d probably drive myself insane. Merci! 🙂

If I go, I’m probably going to be standing on anything I can. I’m short, I won’t be able to see a thing if someone 5’5 is standing in front of me!

Apparently! And for someone who’s 5’1 (almost 5’2) I still wouldn’t be able to see standing on my tippy toes!

I don’t know where everyone else is seeing him, but pavilion seats are $85 where I hopefully am. Tickets don’t go on sale until the 12th, so I’m not sure if that means the price range can go higher. I don’t have much experience with buying for concerts.
I wish I could see Beatles Love in Cirque du Soleil too but that’s in Vegas.

I will be in Nashville on June 19 to see him~! The opportunity just fell in my lap – I had only found out about him being on tour from an article about him canceling his NC show over the anti-LGBT bill. I was able to snag the last seat in one of the balcony rows. Considering myself lucky as this seems like a once-in-a-lifetime thing. He is around 76 now, and still going strong it seems.

So Ringo is punishing entire state of North Carolina over a sociopiolitical issue he disagrees with? What about all the South Carolinians who agree with him on the LGBT issue? It’s likely that a Ringo concert would attract most of them anyway; now they can’t see him or have to travel to another state to do so.

I agree with you, Milly, but maybe traveling to another state to see Ringo will be more fun than staying in the state you live in would be. I saw him in Tennessee once and thought it was a great time. I got to see part of the country I wouldn’t have seen if I hadn’t gone to that concert. When I go to shows in Chicago I generally maybe get something to eat then I go to the show and go home, but traveling to see a show is more exciting because it puts you in a whole new environment.

I noticed he wasn’t stopping in Atlanta as far as I could see, and that would have been the closest major city to me, but Nashville is the next best thing, and I get to make a little adventure out of it. ^^

I was planning on seeing him…
