Hi Beatle friends…Has anyone heard of a supposed Beatles mystery album called …POTMENDERS…there was an article on it in a Canadian music newspaper/mag called Jive Times spring 1976 Vol 1 No 6…the cover has multiple pics of Paul and Linda on it and the top of the cover headlines …New Beatles album……….wondering whether this was a hoax or infact were new songs they had shelved………..super curious….thank you

Offline Welcome Stingray. I don’t think (considering his access to the original tapes) that Mark Lewisohn would have missed a whole album while compiling The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions. I believe this is the magazine cover you are referring to. Perhaps the publication name holds the answer to your question.
