My mom's going to try to get tickets for the St. Louis show tomorrow during the presale
Last two times she tried to get tickets to a Paul McCartney concert we didn't come up with any, so I'm really praying for tickets this time around.

Wish I could take credit for it. It's written out that way in the lyrics booklet that comes with the re-mastered CD. If memory serves, it only appears that way one time.

My mom got tickets for the St. Louis show and I am so excited! I haven't seen Paul in three years. I could cry right now I'm so happy.

Oh really?
I still don't have a copy of BOTR, I have a couple of Wings' singles and a Greatest Hits compilation but that's it.
I never see Wings stuff around the place hence why I don't have any but if I ever see Venus And Mars , I'm diving straight at it. I bloody love that album!

I wonder if North Carolina can look forward to a Paul concert on this tour? I strongly suspect not.

Nope not if Springsteen isn't going and rightly so the new laws being imposed are disgusting and demeaning!

He's getting closer! Sounds like a weather report.A warm front will be moving eastward across the country starting in August. By late September, possibly early October, Pennsylvania will see partly sunny skies with a chance of Macca!!!
@Zig Even sooner: 12th July, Philadelphia. Also: Hershey on the 19th.

I just wet myself.
I think that belongs in either the "Confessions" or "Pet Peeves" thread, maybe both.

Yep! My wife told me about it last night...we're going! We can literally see Hersheypark from our driveway (we're up on a hill), it's only ~5 minutes away (we go all the time with the kids, we have seasons passes). Wife and I missed out on seeing him last October in State College (I was China on a business trip) and I haven't seen him since 2013 and she hasn't ever, so we are DEFINITELY going!
You? @Zig Where in PA are you?

I'm just north of Reading. Hershey will be a bit further away than the Philly show, but it will still take less time to get there (ever driven on the Schuylkill Expressway?).
I'm leaning toward Hershey. Paul and chocolate...

Hershey's an easier drive. The only drag will be the traffic on Hersheypark Drive (the main road) that night but it's not too bad, they do a good job with the flow.
