Does it have to be a Paul song?  I think I’d come out of left field and have him sing something from other artists I enjoy like Touch Me but The Doors, or maybe some random annoying modern pop song just to hear if his rendition would make it listenable.  Or maybe I would have him sing some nursery rhyme like if you’re happy and you know it, but have him stylize the music however he wants, as he did with Mary Had A Little Lamb.

 

I all reality I would probably have him sing one of his songs.  As for which one that would be a hard choice.  Maybe Back In The USSR .

so it’s Paul’s songs, tho you can have two

Would your request be different if he were singing it just to you alone in a studio or if he were singing it to you on a stage at one of his concerts before a packed out stadium? So, yes, you can give 2 answers if needed, one for in a studio and one for at a concert.
