Wishing Sir Paul a happy birthday - I'm looking forward to seeing the first concert featuring a 72 year old Macca!
Also remembering Ivan Vaughan on what would have been his 72nd. Thanks for your part in this glorious history, Ivan!

Absolute 60s is airing a tribute to Paul.
Edit: And I had to turn it off momentarily because they were airing an interview - probably from last year - in which Paul started talking about the finale for "Breaking Bad," and I haven't seen the whole show yet, lol. Nancy apparently won't watch it with Paul because it's "too heavy" for her, but Paul loves it.

Happy Birthday Paul, thanks for the presents!
One day, a tape-op got a tape on backwards, he went to play it, and it was all "Neeeradno-undowarrroom" and it was "Wow! Sounds Indian!"

Happy Birthday Sir James Paul McCartney!!!!!
(I had fab plans for today that involved drawing portraits of him and listening to a nice long playlist of his songs, but then they went down the drain as we spent the day on the road. Oh well...)
May he have many many many many many many more birthdays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for being.

Alright, James, don't suppose you even bother to look in Have a great b-day, my friend. 19th here now so not like it matters. Here's where counts. Happy belated birthday. Ignore those yanks who are a day out. Unless they're called Nancy, obviously...

...or Zig, or @Ahhh Girl and all of the other yanks our Paulie is hanging with...today...in the US...on his birthday.
But seriously folks...thanks to @Beatlebug and @Ron Nasty for bumping this five year old thread. It is fabulous walking down memory lane and seeing my avatar on the first page (barely!) of yet another archival thread.
I mention that because over the years this place has been such a cool place to hang and vent my Beatlemania. We all know someone IRL we can gab to about the Fabs, but nobody gets us except us! Folk have come here and gone. Some come back once in a while to say hi. You have all been wonderful. But there would be no "here" if it were not for John, Paul, George and Ringo...and a guy named @Joe.
So, my fellow Forumpudlians; raise that glass of ale, wine, water, fruit smoothie or Tetley Tea @meanmistermustard and help me toast Sir James Paul McCartney . Thanks for...everything.

I told my step-granddad that today is Paul's 73rd, and he commented, 'God , he looks it too.'
Awww.... not really... okay, maybe... but if 73 looks like that, then 73 is very fab.
Edit: And, of course, that is a bit of a pot-kettle thing
