hi all,new to the forum,i have a copy of the wings remasterd cd Back To The Egg ,in the repro lp card sleeve of the original cover,but the copy i have has the bonus tracks being,twice in a lifetime,we all stand together,simple as that,the cat number is PCTC 257,i have searched and searched to find info on this release and found nothing,as the bonus tracks on this release should have been wonderful christmastime and rudolph the red nosed reindeer,the reason i bought the cd in the first place,so can any of you macca experts shed any light or info on this release,is it simple a miss pressing,is it collectable? the cd is exactly the same as the japanese issue but in english,mini lp sleeve,lyric booklet and inner cd sleeve with all track details including the tracks i mentioned above and listed as extra tracks on the inner sleeve ,the picture cd itself has Back To The Egg wings sunny side up MPL with all tracks listed upto babys request,and under the PCTC 257 number is in brackets YEX 987,i still think it is a mispressing cd from possible the pressing plant but would love to know this or any other info,i am a fan but not in a huge way so hence needing the help from you experts.

Now you got me wondering what’s on MY CD. Will have to check it out. I’m pretty sure it’s not “Simple as That” as I just discovered that song (on this Forum) a year or two ago.

My copy just has the standard three bonus tracks.
I’m wondering where you obtained it? I have a few of the supposedly Japanese releases of Paul’s CDs and I suspect they are Russian knock-offs. Some of the Russian “unofficial” releases of Ringo’s albums have all sorts of odd extra tracks on them so I’m wondering if that’s a possibilty?
Other than that I don’t have anything else to suggest, sorry.

Offline Sounds like a balls-up by some pirate label trying to pass it off as official. Those bonus tracks are from the ‘Pipes Of Peace ‘ 1993 reissue.
