I just got his first two books from the library, and I think they're great! His drawings fascinate me. I'm having a bit of trouble finding A Spaniard in the Works for a decent price though.
How is Skywriting by Word of Mouth? I only heard of it just recently.
I now declare this bridge open!

Offline You can tell that it was an unfinished work, but as a John Lennon /Beatles fan, you probably will like it that way. It is sexually explicit in parts, mostly with the intention of grossing you out. Oh and whole paragraphs of words morphing into other words! The drawings are pretty funny. I like the ones with this little blob of a man pointing at things and calling it an exabitionist.
If you're an American, you'll probably get more of the political jokes this time.
If you get it for anything, get it for the mini autobiography in the front. And there's an interesting epilogue at the end by Yoko that I thought was sweet. I like the whole thing really, but don't expect it to be the same as the first two.

That autobiography, The Ballad Of John And Yoko (nothing to do with the song), is great. I'm glad Yoko had it all published.

V is for we
W is for lighter which never lights
X is easter – have one yourself
Y is a crooked letter and you can't straighten it.

What surprise me more is the fact that SFF isn't poetry… Two different media.

But anyways, I love that ABC poem that Joe posted… my favorite line is “L is for Land because brown”.
