Can’t find it online but there is a great outtake which ends with John saying “two things… more voice so that I don’t have to break my balls…” (the track ends before we find the second). Still makes me laugh when I hear that.
I love this song. The doctor verse was rightly edited out.

Such a bittersweet song, especially given it was released posthumously. Great lyrics and melody. It has a message I can live by: after all is said and done you can’t go pleasing everyone, so screw it.”
