I am always sceptical about these so-called biops and I know it does warn you at the start that certain events are 'poetic licence' but the bits that were simply annoyed me.

Those stupid press conferences that were set to launch both Magical Mystery Tour and Apple were pathetic. And the meeting with the accountant about the Apple finances……….the George & Ringo characters were so not like them and the person who portrayed Paul made you want to hit him in the head with a shovel!

Ecclestone wasn't bad as John but the bits with his father were not quite as accurate as they could have been. And funnily enough I thought Yoko came across as nice yet Cynthia a witch – what happened there?!

I had to watch it of course, but I found myself cringing so often that I was glad when it ended. I've still to see Nowhere Boy but I hope that it is going to be better than Lennon Naked.

No, nothing is nearly as bad as Nowhere Boy.

Really? I kind of liked Nowhere Boy, but maybe it was just because I thought that the actress who played Julia was incredibly sexy. a-hard-days-night-paul-7

There were some inaccuracies, but I feel like John's early life is such a mystery that after all of these years, it's hard to believe the truth from anyone.

I didn't mind Nowhere Boy. It was way better than Lennon Naked.

If you think Anne-Marie Duff is incredibly sexy you'll probably want to check out The Magdalene Sisters (or just do a Google image search). The film's not exactly a barrel of laughs but she gets her kit off.

(Sorry everyone, lost my quality control there)

You all will have read that Dave Dee is no longer with us. But Mickey and Titch and I would like to carry on the good work that's always gone down in number two.

I'm not sure I've ever seen an actor I liked as John. They never look or sound right.

Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

Yes Christopher Eccleston wasn't particularly convincing as JL but that's just something you have to take into account. As a representation of the man and that period in his life it's very good.

Who would want to see John Lennon naked and why did he think that everyone did?

I thought the guy in “BackBeat” (can't remember his name – Ian something?) was pretty good. He actually played Lennon in two different movies (of course I can't recall the other one either.)

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

erm…I think it's more 'metaphorical' naked actually, but we did get to see his (Ecclestone's) willy à  la Two Virgins , just so viewers wouldn't be too disappointed..
