Watching an SNL marathon and they mentioned how George appeared on SNL in 1976 on the night that Lorne Michaels offered the Beatles $3,000 (I think) to show up. There's the famous story of how John and Paul were watching the show together and were going to take Lorne up on his offer, but they chickened out, but George, being the coolest Beatle , decided to show up and played with Paul Simon. Anyway, here's the audio from their performance.
I sat on a rug, biding my time, drinking her wine

Simply amazing so the Beatles were closer to a reunion than i thought, i always thought of George as the most difficult Beatles to convince to a reunion
Maybe it was an attempt of George to make the others come to the show?
I don`t know but it`s a nice idea
John, Paul, George and Ringo= The Beatles
And i buried Tulio!
