Paul claims he “just got this feeling, this is George” when he wrote Friends To Go for Chaos And Creation In The Backyard . The song does have a very Harrison feel to it, you can definitely imagine him writing it and singing it. Do you believe Paul's story, however unlikely, or do you think Paul impersonated George's writing style in a cynical attempt to drum up publicity?

I don't think he did it just to get publicity. Maybe subconsciously he was trying to write a song that sounded like something George would write, like as a tribute to him. But then consciously, Paul never caught on with what his subconscious was doing so that's why Paul got a feeling that Friends To Go was George.

I think that mayB wen Paul rote it he wuz siting in cat pee or flowers or someting else dat Georgie liked an so dat b y the song sound lyk a Georgie song, cuz Paul got inspired ba da same things Georgie get inspired ba fer his songs!

EDIT: I think that maybe when Paul wrote it[Friends To Go], he was sitting in cat peepee or flowers or something else that Georgie liked, or something that reminded Paul of Georgie. So that's why the song sounds like a George song, because Paul was inspired by the things that inspired Ceorge when he wrote songs!.

aLSO,  SORRY mITH, i'LL STOP DOING THAT!

Mh Joe has already commented this, but can you please try to avoid texting language? The thing is that some of the BBF members are not English native spoken (including me) and it's hard to understand this kind of messages.

When I think of things George Harrison liked, “cat peepee” is not high up the list.

Come on Walrus, haven’t you read the December 1974 issue of Cat Fancy where George famously mentioned that cat pee pee was his inspiration for Old Brown (or should I say yellow) Shoe? Get it together man, that’s like Beatles 101.
