Is anyone aware of this song? It’s the last recorded song George Harrison did before his death, and Dhani plays guitar on it. George and Dhani wrote it together. I read about it in a book today. It’s on an album by Jools Holland called Small World, Big Band. There is also a live version that Holland did on the Concert for George, but it only appears as a bonus mp4 on the iTunes album.
I’m interested to hear the studio version.

It’s a great little track, and George’s final performance – just eight weeks before his death. I love that it’s copyrighted to R.I.P. Music instead of the usual Harrisongs or Dark Horse .

Offline The Jools Holland album that it’s on is fantastic. I love, love, love Sam Brown’s Valentine Moon. One day I plan on making a crappy romance film (preferably in Paris because I want it to be the most stereotypical romance film ever made) and Valentine Moon is going on that soundtrack!!

Offline A remix is out there, on another Jools CD, which I find to be better than the original.

You won’t regret it, I think I got it for €2. Such a great album, for such little money.
And Horse To The Water is a great track, although George sounds very sick on it, his voice gives it a grittiness that the song actually benefits from.

Offline You’re right, its a fun album. I enjoy dancing around the apartment to it, but my cat doesn’t like dancing with me. She didn’t scratch me, though.
