From this post by Joe: https://www.beatlesbible.com/f.....2/#p208505
I'm not sure. I'm not opposed to the idea of upping the message counts to get to each milestone, but I definitely don't want to encourage people to post nonsense just to get further.
Also, the vast majority of members post fewer than 100 times. Perhaps we let people get to Abbey Road on the same number of posts, but thereafter it takes longer.
How about this? Current numbers are in black, suggested future ones in red:
A Beginning - up to 10 posts
St Peters Church - up to 15
Casbah Coffee Club - 25
The Jacaranda - 35
The Indra - 45
The Kaiserkeller - 55
The Top Ten Club - 65
The Star-Club - 75
The Cavern Club - 85
Decca - 95
Abbey Road - 105
London Palladium - 115 / 200
Royal Command Performance - 125 / 300
Paris Olympia - 150 / 400
Ed Sullivan Show - 200 / 500
Carnegie Hall - 300 / 650
Hollywood Bowl - 400 / 800
Shea Stadium - 500 / 1,000
Candlestick Park - 750 / 2,500
Rishikesh - 1,000 / 5,000
Apple rooftop - 5,001+

I should have done better with the post introducing this thread. I edited it for clarity.
If the numbers are off, let me know so I can fix them.

I think Candlestick Park is somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000... the rooftop is 5,001... A Beginning through Abbey Road all look right, though.
Love one another.

The numbers in red must have been implemented because they are the correct ones.
Sorta on topic: since I checked 2 days ago for a post in another thread, Fiddy has posted more than 130 times. How?!?!

Hum, @thewalruswasbrian, you have 1646 posts and you are at Candlestick Park. Hummmmmmmm..... I guess the list needs some tweaking. If someone comes up with the definitive counts for Candlestick and Rishikesh, we will get the list fixed.
I don't have time at the moment, but if someone is so inclined... the member list has post counts and locations ... maybe we can get a true list from looking through there. https://www.beatlesbible.com/f.....m/members/

Ahem...
You've only got 678 posts before you get there. The Long And Winding Road is drawing to the end for you...

@Joe could you provide a listing of the rankings/post count that is up-to-date?
It would be much appreciated.

Here’s a double whammy:
1)What are the other location names? E.g. @Expert Textpert has “in bed.”
2)I know it’s probably a bit historical at this point but could it be an idea to add a few locations towards the higher post amounts?
A few ideas could be
Bagnor
The Budokan
The David Frost Show
Magical Mystery Tour Bus (Could world that better)

That's something that each user puts into their profile - I decided on 'A dock in Southampton' but almost everyone's is Beatley and everyone's was decided by themselves.

To set your location, you have to go to your profile, click "Edit profile" and enter the location you want under "location." If you still have trouble figuring it out, let me know, I can send pictures if you like.

Those are self-selected and not rankings.
When you created your joining profile, which can be edited at any time if you go into your profile, among the options is "Location":
Many people leave it blank, some put in roughly where they are in the real world, while others put in something Beatle-ish.
I believe when I first joined mine was something like "Floating downstream on a boat in a river..."
ExTex, big John fan, punned "in bed" referencing John's Bed-Ins, and his forum ranking is the line below, "Rishikesh".
The same as Holey has the chosen location of "A Dock at Southampton," above the "Apple Rooftop" ranking.
Hope that helps.
