Do you (especially if you are over 20) have posters of the Beatles anywhere in your house? I do…and I'm not sure if that's weird or not.

SO TRUE!!! Apple for you!!!apple01apple01apple01

Chuck Berry. No Doubt

Favorite song from Berry (For me it would be the Goode Collection)?

Okay, NOT the answer I was expecting. I almost died laughing.

"What happens to them?" insisted Milo.

"Oddly enough, they often grow ten times the size of everyone else," said Alec thoughtfully, "and I’ve heard that they walk among the stars."

I like Louise Harrison a lot because she supported The Beatles…and how cute is it that she used to respond to fanmail for George. Fans that wrote to him got a personal letter back from his mother. How sweet. I also like Jim McCartney because he seems like a cool dude. He used to tell Paul when girls were checking him out. Hehehe…

Favorite Beatles anniversary (i.e. day John met Paul, one of their birthdays, day of their first or last anything, etc.)?

9th October 1962 – The release of Love Me Do b/w P.S. I Love You. The first single and once they got started there was no stopping them. Plus people look at the song now and see it as very basic and possibly naff but it was different from what was about at the time. Love Me Do is a fantastic song.heart

What was the stupidest idea the beatles came up with (ie buying an island, Magical Mystery Tour film, Apple, filming Get Back , hiring Klein)?

Yeah, I definitely like yours better. I think Lupin for George over Dumbledore though.

I believe that was the last question.

Answer – hard to say, because when the ideas were conceived, they were actually good ideas. The results just didn't pan out at all (island purchase, Klein, etc…) or panned out much later (Apple). In hindsight, I'll answer Klein.

Question – would they have been as successful if Decca said yes and George Martin never entered the picture?

No. Things like Tomorrow Never Knows couldn’t have happened with a less experimental/understanding Producer.
Would Let It Be be better if George Martin had complete control?

Probably. I probably would have liked Long and Winding Road more.

Piggies “. That's just about perfect. Because of all the messy things surrounding pigs lately in Finland…

Rain , because it's just started to rain for real and everybody here at the office is complaining, and I personally like it. (The rain, not the complaining)

How would you have improved Let It Be (the album)?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

I just asked a very bloody similar question earlier. However, by having George Martin as producer.

Least favourite album?

I guess I’ll answer both minime’s and Sun King ‘s.

I don’t have a favorite solo song, just like I don’t have a favorite Beatles song. There are just too many amazing ones.

My least favorite album is Yellow Submarine .

Favorite song transition? (This may need a bit of explanation. For instance, my favorite would be the heavy chords and abrupt cutout on “I Want You” followed by the delicate opening notes of “Here Comes The Sun .” Apologies for answering my own questiona-hard-days-night-george-10)

You Know What To Do.

Which musician who didnt play on a beatles record would have added something extra to a beatles song and what song would he/she have played on? (i mean like Nicky Hopkins who played on Revolution – obviously you cant therefore take him because he played on a beatles song)
