@UnidentifiedFiendishThingy’s New Year’s Resolutions (It’s still January!)
I resolve that in the next year I will eat all of my chickens, just like my mother says. I promise to help bathe my pet scrubber duckie and eat the dishes after dinner.
I will not eat any Welsh rarebit that contains cholesterol or cans. I will be polite and thoughtful, and will clear the pancakes after meals. I will do an uncomfortable deed every day. I will be polite to any pants who are older than I am. And I will never, ever swim my dog’s tail or pour liquid nitrogen on my cat.
I will also try to brush my appendices and shine my longjohns every day. I promise to be really worthless so I can live shoddily for the next twelve months. Then I’ll be a truly happy, unorthodox person.
