I love this video! I can’t find it now.. but isn’t it on MMT? One of the “easter eggs”?
Yes! It’s technically not an official Beatle video, as the BBC put it together. But they included it in the extras.

Over at the Hoffman forum (starts at post 181 but you have jump thru posts to follow the short conversation)) one train of thought on that picture is that its from the ‘We Love You’ recording session in June 1967.

Isn’t that the “Come Back Milly” Mike McCartney’s seen waving about?
Mmmm, great picture, definitely mid-67, but, for myself, I’m not so sure on the We Love You session attribution. Seems there were photographs taken during this session (there is another of Paul hovering over Charlie’s drum kit). Come up with a photo of John there, then it’s likely to be the We Love You session, otherwise it’s just a post-Pepper Paul dropping by a Stones session to me (and we know there are photos of Stones at Beatles sessions for no reason other than to hang out with friends).

^ I seriously need to know what is going on in that picture. Is that John? (I think so.) And if so, is that blond lady Cynthia…. or what?
Questions, questions!

Thanks for those. Looks like I’m not the only one who has walked down their drive wearing a robe.
I’ve walked up my lane wearing my dressing gown (I dont call it a robe) as I couldn’t be bothered changing it for a coat. I live in the middle of nowhere with only 4 neighbours between me and the end of the lane and I was fully clothed underneath.

In ’67 I was 15 and still doing a paper-round in Harley St and Wimpole St……. In the Winter at 5.30 am getting out from under the covers was hard enough so I kept my pyjamas on under my clothes….No central heating in those days and ice inside the windows……you would too.
That year I outside Jane’s letter-box I whistled Penny Lane ……Getting Better ……..All You Need Is Love , Fool on the Hill……and before Christmas ‘Hello Goodbye ‘…..Never saw Paul once!! Even the evening I knocked on the door for my Christmas tip …….Despite my fervent wishes it wasn’t Jane or Paul who opened up.
I can’t remember what tip I got……Probably “Never tie your shoelaces in a revolving door’
I did meet and speak with Jane many years later……But I’ve done that story.
