I've never seen the entire original broadcast but I did use an audio recording of Steve Race's introduction and some of the prelimiinaries to introduce "All You Need Is Love " on Side Three of "Alternate Hystery Tour" which I'll upload shortly...

I've never heard of a full documentary, but footage of The Beatles' bit gets shown as part of other docs now and then. I'd imagine a lot of the other countries' contributions were pretty bad.
