Premieres June 6th at the BFI. Sadly interpretations rather than a new Beatles compilation album accompanies the film.

This is available to purchase on YouTube. It’s very interesting to get an Indian perspective on the Beatles’ time in Rishikesh. They use a nice effect where they superimpose contemporary photos on new footage to compare.
There are some weaknesses though. The chronology is a bit janky, and it’s very unclear to me who some of the people speaking are.
Around the 56 minute mark a woman starts describing what the Maharishi said about the Beatles. She says he said George was on his last life, John had many lives to go, and Ringo “is meditating all the time” (which I love). She doesn’t say what he said about Paul, which makes me so curious

sigh butterflyMy hot take is that after the Beatles split they went down the paths of spiritualism, solipsism, alcoholism, and Paul McCartney

I researched and found out that the doc will come out on DvD and Bluray in the USA (for now) in May of this year:

Hopefully it gets a Europe and Germany release soon after!
