They look nice enough at the base of that big, red phallus with a ribbon around it.
Maybe thats the next market Apple are targeting.
There is a protest next year in Texas that will probably increase the demand for such products as well.
Best not putting forward possible suggests for such products tho.

You must be referring to the open carry dildo protest?

I’ve been using blu ray for some time now, and the difference can be quite marked, often stunning, in both video and audio quality, though not always.
Anyways, I’m looking forward to this, so much so that I’ve bought a soundbar and subwoofer in order to do audio justice. It has already improved the sound greatly, in any case, from adverts to Eastenders to Later with Jools Holland or discs of whatever format.

A video you’d normally not watch if not into the subject but those pesky Beatles get everywhere – and this is the original 35mm film you’re seeing, the promo in Anthology was from a 1967 US Broadcast (had no idea) hence the massive upgrade.
Is it normal to see the film pop up on the screen and go “That’s John!!! That’s the feckin’ Beatles!!!!!!!!!!!“?

Sorry, don’t know how to embed a video. Someone else can do it if they want.

Every clip I’ve seen, including this video, is stunningly clear. Seems they have done a great job with this. I can’t wait!

It would have been great to see john playing the solo instead of their faces.
John played their faces?
BSF, I get your point. Back in those days, it seems directors did not call for the right shots at the right moments very often. Worse yet, this was from a talk show, so expectations probably shouldn’t be so high. The one saving grace is that John may have figured out what the cameramen were doing – it appears he is pulling a different face each time the camera spots him.
That’s our Johnny, alright.

Afraid not, Zig. Revolution and Hey Jude were both bona fide promotional films. It was predecided that the Hey Jude clip would receive its first showing on The David Frost Show, and so David Frost attended the filming at Twickenham Studios on 4 September 1968 to pre-record some links which would make it look as if they were appearing on his show, even though they were not. The “audience” that stream on during the end of Hey Jude were 300 hired extras.
The only UK broadcast of the Revolution film at the time was on Top of the Pops.

Ahhhhh, I had it bass ackwards. In my mind, I had been thinking the entire episode of the show was recorded at Twickenham. Thanks for setting me straight, RN!
So much for blaming the poor shot selections on TV Talk Show directors/cameramen. I guess that failing is not reserved for just that lot.

The director was Michael Lindsay-Hogg. They enjoyed themselves so much that an idea started bubbling, especially in Paul’s mind. Almost exactly four months later, on the 2 January 1969, they would return to the same studios, with the same director, to begin filming the rehearsals for a one-off live show (venue yet to be decided)…
