Offline Though everywhere I look there’s variations of certain lines (
), the entirety of Ten Years Gone by Led Zeppelin is just true poetry; I especially love the bits about eagles. Kudos to you, Percy!

Offline Listening to this song I’ve wept, I’ll admit that. For some its lyrics may not be as touching, but for me they have a sense of inevitability which turns them into a reflection on human Destiny. The way Sting (wink wink @mr-kite-2) uses the deck of cards is brilliant. I’m including a link to a video somebody made with scenes of Leon, The Professional, a touching movie as well, a story of redemption through love (the song is part of its soundtrack). I recommend it. From Ten Summoner’s Tales, then, Shape of my Heart:
