Offline So sweet you remembered me — socks and Sacher Torte. The people who had my pup from birth to 5 months old (which is when we took her in) called her Socks because all 4 of her paws are white (her legs are black). I wanted a more formal name for her so I kept playing with the word “socks” until my tongue tripped across “Sacher Torte” & I made the Beatles connection.
