Beatlebug

I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

Not a lot of people in the Prince fandom like this song, but I absolutely love it. Especially Eve’s verses

"Dinner with Delores Must be some kind of sin
Like a Brontosaurus  She was packin' it in" -Prince

(thanks to https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..5/#p320083) It’s All Too Much on repeat, alternating between the original and the YSS remix. Such a glorious sloppy cacophony of Technicolour splendour. ahdn_george_08heartblue-meanie

That’s one crazy album! I haven’t pulled it since the 90s probably, can barely remember more than bits of tunes or interludes…not easy to grasp!

It is a difficult listen that is for sure. I appreciate it for what it is but I only listen to it every Now And Then .

I am currently listening to California by Mr. Bungle which is much easier to listen to.

And in the end the lunch you take is equal to the lunch you bake.
