Birthday Cake Oreos. 2 of them. If you haven’t tried them yet, don’t. They’re addictive.

Is it your birthday?

Nope. I just saw the Oreos in the store the other day and decided to bring a package home. Bad move. But, you’ve given me an idea. I will make myself hold off on buying more until my birthday on 19 April.

Tried that chocolate hazelnut spread stuff on a small piece of bread, thankfully it wasn’t a big bit. So its a currently the rest of that slice of bread with butter along with a cup of Tetley tea.

Er, no. It looked bad in the jar before eating and it tasted worse; can’t get rid of the aftertaste. Chocolate and bread should be kept separate in my opinion, same as chocolate with cheese/crisps/fruit and almost certainly everything else excluding some biscuits.

Nope. Tried it, and pretty much had the same reaction MMM did. Had high hopes for it too, but they weren’t to be.

Unfortunately no – it was at the mall where we went to cool off – the temperatures are starting to climb a bit again after a nice 2 days which were a bit cooler.

It’s funny you ask though – crepes used to be quite a thing for me.  I had a very expensive crepe pan of my own (the only cooking utensil I have ever bought) – it was stolen when we were burgled some years back and I haven’t got around to replacing it (like my CD collection – too much stuff to get).

Well, hopefully you’ll reacquire a crepe maker one of these days to wow you children with your culinary skill.

It’s 1:00 so I made myself some decaf Earl Grey that will hopefully bring about Golden Slumbers in my eyes. These Pepperidge farms chessmen go pretty well with it. Late night hunger. Actually early morning… So is this breakfast?

This hang out is mesmerizing. I stay up too late on it too. Good luck with getting sleepy.

Oh my, that thing reminds me of the movie ‘Ghost Town‘ with Ricky Gervais – one of the funniest movies I have seen in years – have to watch it again now!!

Yes, actually.  I didn’t feel like leaving the dorm.  I haven’t eaten all day (I woke up late), so pretty much anything would taste terrific right now.

Well I finished my cuppa. Listening to So Tired seems to be having the right effects on me. On an unrelated note, how were 597 users ever on all at once?

That’s a good question.  One that I cannot answer.  I wish that the bottom of the page revealed when 597 users were online.

Anyhow, I should stop talking about non-food topics before I get on a tangent.
