Lean Cuisine mushroom ravioli with ricotta cheese in a creamy marsala wine sauce with spinach and red peppers.

That sounds delicious! I had macaroni cheese. It was nice but a bit boring.

Now, if I could only cook as well as I can copy words straight off a box a-hard-days-night-ringo-14

Cup of coffee, strong with non-dairy creamer, and two peanut butter cookies.

Faded flowers, wait in a jar, till the evening is complete... complete... complete... complete...

About to have my 2nd coffee of the morning, and go hyper, accompanied by a slice of chocolate cake with vanilla frosting that my wife baked for my son and his visitor for their video-game marathon last night (to ensure that they went hyper too – not much sleep for us all last night) – which is why I need the 2 coffees this morning – kind of a vicious circle type thingie.

Cup of hot chocolate where it hadn’t quite dissolved properly so there were lumps. Not intentional but oh so yummy. Im trying to eat better so this is my one guilty pleasure each night.

I had the exact same thing the other night when me and the wife had a kid-free date night. Have you had their lemon cream cake for dessert? It’s AMAZING.

I haven’t tried that yet. I am stuck on the black tie mousse cake.

Yeah, that one is pretty good too, and the tiramisu is incredible. Honestly, they could do away with the main course and just serve salad, breadsticks and dessert, and I’d be a happy man.
