Sounds incredibly polished, almost too polished. Also not a fan of that sort of vocal technique/melody in the chorus. The drums seem to carry the song, take them out and it'd sound really bare... But the guitar solo is pretty cool. I guess I'll turn it down a bit.
Ok, something out of left field. This 'totally not staged' jam between people who were 'strangers who happened to know what key to play in':

Turn it up
That was fine, pretty rocking and nicely sung (tho maybe a bit less funky than they'd like). Turn it up at least two.
EDIT: AARGH too late again! Somebody do Holey's...

Ha love The Bonzos. I need to binge them again soon. And Beatlebug, some class novelty music right there, but the subject matter makes it perhaps not really for turning up methinks.
Keep it where it is.

It's not necessarily my sort of music, a little schmaltzy, but it's not the worst done song in that genre. I'll leave it where it is, as his voice does work well in the genre.

That's honestly hilarious... in the space of less than 10 posts, vonbontee (and not Von Bontee) posted in reply to the song before the one I posted...
What are the chances!
I'm sure dadbontee is in a great place... he has good taste in music too, I'll turn that up quite a few notches tyvm!

Let's kickstart this, been quiet too long...
I'll turn that up to eight or nine, @The Hole Got Fixed, a nice little funk rock instrumental that.
From 1992, one of my all-time favourite covers; in my opinion, a remarkable reinvention of a song that had quickly secured its place as a rock anthem when first released just six months earlier:

Wow, a very unique and refreshing take on this song. I personally prefer how pretty and calmer this sounds compared to the original also. I like it! Turn it up!

Very cool little UK-psychedelia acid-rock nugget, that one! Feels like a bit of a pastiche...I loved Jimmy's fuzzy stings, kinda wish he'd been given a full solo. Amazing band name. Turn it up...two.

I'm in the mood for some more acoustic stuff right now, so purely for virtue of that fact turn it up - a good song in its own right though.

Sounds like nothing so much as early Madonna; if I heard with no info at all, I'd assume it was some dance-pop artist from the mid-80s. (I know Jepson's name but never heard her until now afaik). Other than those notes, I've little to say; it's functional but unmemorable. Leave it as it is.
And now, a special guest suggestion from Mom Bontee!:

Keep Mom Bontee's relic of early '60s pop where it is. Valuable context if ya know what I mean
Turn this next one up, please, or you will hurt my widdle feelings. just kidding, do whatever you want with it, but know I'll be playing it loud because I love me some melodramatic Plantations over luxuriant guitar-work

I had to comment on how quickly Gene adapted his hairstyle into a moptop between this 1964 hit and his earlier 60s hits

Nice little piece but unfortunately it gets a little repetitive for me after a while. Plus the synth gives me Temporary Secretary vibes which I guess is cool. Keep it where it is.

Wow @ Paul giving Linda what seems like a Harrisong arrangement, with all those gently strummed (and slid) guitars! Linda's vocal is admirable, unaffected and plainly pretty, like the lady herself, and the tune is nice. Sounds kinda like modern indie music. Turn it up one.
