Turn it down. I dislike the backing vocals.
God Only Knows - BBC Music

Turn it up. Well-done song, great vocal performance (a gifted voice).
Siouxie and The Banshees, Peek-A-Boo
“Forsan et haec olim meminisse juvabit” (“Perhaps one day it will be a pleasure to look back on even this”; Virgil, The Aeneid, Book 1, line 203, where Aeneas says this to his men after the shipwreck that put them on the shores of Africa)

It was OK until it got to the chorus - turn it down.
The Clash - 'Complete Control'
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Ah, you’re a man who’s hard to please, @Zig… I love Peek-A-Boo and I love Siouxie (for… more that artistic reasons, ehem…)
The Clash: not my cup of tea, but this song, after a dull beginning, has interesting variations in melody, rhythm, style… Turn it up.
My song:
Smells Like Teen Spirit –Nirvana.
By the way, how do you type the title of the song and turn it into a link without posting the link itself?

Turn it way up!
Highlight the text of the song title and then click on the "link" icon in the tool bar. That is where you place the link. I'm at work now and forced to use HTML on IE9 (grrr), but maybe another kind soul can post pics of what I am talking about.
'Rock and Roll' - Led Zeppelin

Turn it up, @TrippyFlower. Nice song, very ’60s.
Now guys, what about some post-punk ’80s The Cure?
And thanks @meanmistermustard & @Zig for helping me with the link.
