Neil. He and Joni both began their solo careers about the same time and did incredible things, but I lose interest in Joni's stuff after about '76 or so, whereas Neil just kept going strong. (His stuff, I don't lose interest until the '90s.) Plus Joni's been a bit of a nutcase for quite awhile now.

Offline The UK. They gave us The Beatles, The Clash, The Stones, Coldplay, Adele, Florence and The Machine… whereas America gives us Bruce Springsteen, Motown and … I’m clutching at straws (I was just saving time by putting a generic Motown – and anyways, you get my point). Although I think Canada trumps both the UK (maybe) and the US (certainly – well, excluding Beiber). But that’s more a rant for Derail then here; anyways, sorry for that quick detour into my patriotism, my Thingy…

Offline I actually feel sorry for Rebecca Black as everyone had a field day when her really bad song came out. Justin Beiber is far worse as people actually like his music and take it seriously. Puh-lease. Listen to something with a bit less manufacturing, a bit more life.
