I don't tend to think of Wah-Wah as very bitter. Death On Two Legs by Queen is also very bitter and vicious, I still like it though.

Yeah Death on Two Legs in the first thing that came to mind..."you're a sewer rat decaying in a cesspool of pride"...yeesh Freddie. Parasite by Nick Drake is a pretty good one...my favorite songwriter right now is this guy Bill Fay and he writes a pretty good bitter song, Screams in the Ears is a good one to check out, reminds me of Hey Bulldog with it's nasty piano riff. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is a good one.
