Oh yeah, that was funny. I was really worried someone would send me a PM thinking I was actually HKL, so I sent messages to important people to be like “ugh I’m actually ASJ btw”.
I had great craic running that for 3 days or so (I obviously don’t run it anymore, I handed it over to trc)

Online SS?’s test was fine. I wanted to know if registrations were working ok. I never dreamed someone would take over the account. That is rather bizarre when it is so easy to create an account.

I don’t like to see accounts be thrown away, so I decided to give to my friend, who declined it, so I gave it to another friend.

Offline How do you know he played that specific Strat in the studio version, as there’s several different Strats Jimi played (there may be some people who can tell the difference between a Strat, Les Paul, Tele, Gretsch, etc., but good luck determining by ear the difference between a red or white Strat).
Also, even if he did, that would mean that The Star Spangled Banner is a lie as well.

Offline I made a blunder, and came here to fix it. I was confusing it with U2’s version (which I grew up with), in which the line is sung ‘All I got is a red guitar, three chords, and the truth.’ I now realise that that was a later addition and was not included in either Dylan’s or Hendrix’s version.
Guess I should stick to Pink Floyd…
