I just close the browser window without clicking on “log out”, hen i come back i’m still logged on. Same with a host of other sites.

I think it also depends on the device settings you have with cookies and such as thats how its all remembered – not sure how that works on the mobile devices but then i have a fight with my ipod over being logged in with this site with the ipod generally winning.

I don’t know about you guys, but I have experienced variability with various software issues — ranging from the complex to the very basic & simple (like this one about whether a person stays logged in or not) — so much in so many different ways over the years, in such a way that eludes basic intuitive understanding for the computer-ILLiterate like me, that I just throw my hands up and try to continue to navigate and have fun as best I can without expecting to be able to have a human relationship with this machine in the same organic way that a person can with simplier, trustier technology (like a hammer or a screwdriver or a cheese-grater).

Figured it’s appropos, Paul recently reminding us he’s a Dickens fan and all.

The Sgt. Pepper Band should have grown their moustaches into Newgate Knockers.

Had they not been successful, The Beatles might have ended up chaunting lay.

So I’ve finally finished the first two songs for LOVE 2. I might as well give you a hint to them:

– Tomorrow Never Comes Together

– I’ll Follow The Rain

Thanks! Don’t expect it to be up to the Martins’ quality, but hell, I’ve surprised myself on this one. Tomorrow Never Comes Together is a more psychedelic version of Come Together – I’ve also thrown a bit of Take 1 into there, too, just because I love it so much.

I feel i should also mention that it’s almost half past one in the morning and I’m worried about scenarios created solely in my mind that may or may not come true and ruin my life :D

Just remember if there are things that are bad in your mind imagine The Beatles beating up the scenarios with the power of winning.

Nice.  I would suggest that you come up with a better title for the album, though.

I'm Necko.  I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

Most likely to post things that make you go hmm... 2015, 2016, 2017.

Why are folk using the Impossible to Derail thread to highlight stuff in other threads? Why not use that thread for that thread?

But then it all gets out of hand. Threads derail and touch on others but conversations should be kept in the same and right place if possible surely, otherwise whats the point of AG cleaning the place up.

I didn’t move all that muck from the “baby names” thread. I thought I had one chance to do so, but then someone commented on the post I was going to delete. I really hate that that conversation is in that thread junking it up. I was going to move the conversation (perhaps here) and make an edited comment in the first post of the conversation to give it context. It is a bit of a toss up/judgement call at times. If someone were really interested in Beatles-related baby names, if they saw the end of that conversation first, it would be a real put-off. But it is how the conversation went. I should have known that my comment about Ellie’s post count would have sent us on a derailment. ahdn_paul_01Bad, AG. I will go to the timeout stairs. Didn’t I just say that a Beatles song that describes me is “I Should Have Known Better “?

I didn’t want to muck up the guitar thread with a post telling Kite that the thread was fixed, but I guess I could have. Opinions anyone? This mod job doesn’t come with an instruction manual. It’s a learn-on-the-job position.
