ASJ, how are you coming along on your Lennon and Linda McCartney projects?
I have formed my promotion review committee. I have 2 faculty members from the English and Foreign Languages department, 1 from Communications, 1 from Technology, and 1 from Education. They have to review my portfolio and give their recommendations to the library director by November 15th.

Gave both of them in a couple of weeks ago, will be getting Lennon project back when I return to school next week and the bitch who does business and who the Linda project was for said nothing. Another girl who put in less work/effort got “Excellent Shauna, brilliant work”… grrr!

Thanks, mmm and wetsroosa. I just listened to “Two of Us,” “Your Bird Can Sing” outtake, and “Dance Tonight.” Yep, you’re both right; there’s whistling in all of them. You Beatlemaniacs. There’s so much going on in that outtake that it’s hard to concentrate on any one thing. I’m getting Lennon cds for Christmas so I’ll wait until then to have some of the other John whistling surprises.
