I knew a girl who tried to get me into Lana Del Rey back when I was like 14 and very stubbornly obsessed with the Beatles and only the Beatles... I think she sent me "High By The Beach" and I didn't like it at all. (I was very bad at being a teenage girl 
) Later I stumbled across some of her other stuff on my own and found that I do actually like 2 of her songs. "Summertime Sadness" is a deeply moving piece of music (I might like to cover it someday; I think it could suit a contralto pretty well and I have a soft spot for songs about grieving a friend because I'm weird and goth) and "Blue Jeans" is quite interesting, I like the way she transitions from a grittier Stevie Nicks-esque low end during the verses to a high and light head voice for the chorus (with that beautiful Dorian mode-based melody and I LOVE DORIAN MODE). I also appreciate how she borrowed from the score of my favorite non-Star Wars or music-related movie The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly on Blue Banisters – it was a classy reference. 
But in general I do find her a little bit Tumblr/Instagram-circa-2015-ish for my personal taste. I don't really relate to a lot of her songs (for example, I don't relate to "Blue Jeans" at all, but the music is strong enough that I'm willing to hear her perspective, if that makes sense). I totally get why people like her stuff and I do think she's talented, it's just not for me.

Nah I'm s**t at being a teenage girl. If it was a class in school I would have flunked out, and been sent to sit in the hall way. Personally I enjoy it. It allows me to be put in a slightly different social position were I can observe how others work without feeling like part of the in group. (Others being normal teenagers) I do hate almost every aspect of being a lady though, except for like two things. Be that's a rant for a whole another time and place. But being an odd girl always made me feel kinda left out from popular media like music and films because I never felt correctly represented. Never liked pop music about being a girly girl because, well I'm not. I just wasn't raised that way. I know several girly girls personally and . . . the lifestyle ain't for me
I'll say that much. Uh... I'm getting side tracked

I had a "crash-out" as some people say. It was tragic. I nearly bit someone. My Stevie Nicks withdrawals aren't pretty (Neither are my Beatle ones)

So lately I've been worried about my grandpa's dog Diamond(haha Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds
!!! Her name is diamond because she has a diamond on her forehead. ) because another one of her breast's swelled up and her infection has gotten worse. She's old too 13 years old in normal years which makes her chances of surviving it lower. If anyone has any advice please send it would be a big help.
I've known her my whole life and I don't want to lose her now. She's had one of her breast's swollen for a few years but this one has just popped up a month ago.
Diamond is a fun loving silly dog that shouldn't deserve to suffer from a breast infection. I am praying that she gets better.
