I need your thoughts/input on a thread I'm considering making.A Beatley moment is supposed to be something that happens to you, not something that you make happen. I've posted "make it happen" moments in the Beatley moments thread, and I've noticed posts like that by others in that thread. I'm thinking of making a thread for us to share moments we instigated. These moments wouldn't rise to the level of needing a post in the Introducing Others To The Beatles thread.
Am I making sense? Do you think we need the separate thread?
I think it would make sense to make another thread. If it's different enough that have it's own thread I do see why not. If someone doesn't like it then they can go post in the Beatley Moments thread
Introducing someone to the Beatles may be a Beatley moment but not all Beatley moments are introducing people to the Beatles. It's like a square and a rectangle, y'know.

I'm in favour of it, it could be useful.
Incidentally, many times over the years, I've thought about observing how few of us have had occasion to post an actual "Beatley moment" as defined by Zig in his initiating post, which described a specific kind of synchronicitous situation, the exact details of which I can't recall without looking at the thread. But it seems as though Zig's original premise was almost immediately watered-down and simplified, to the point where the thread became mostly a place for us to record Beatley encounters in everyday living, "I was out buying eggs today and the music system in the store was playing "Come Together ", that kind of thing. I'm not complaining or protesting, just observing....

The latest Baker's Dozen seems to have given license for some to cheat a little. I suppose the key word in the title is "would" --
Indicate where types of materials would appear in Beatles songs.
But still, when certain BBers offer up such entries as "Wood to make a dovetail joint" or "Paint for a colorful room" one can see the problem. Pretty much any Beatles song could be construed as to contain -- or just imply -- a "material" of one sort or another.
Masonry materials churches are made out of: "...picks up the rice at a church where a wedding has been"
Yellow painted metal: "We all live in a...."
Metal, glass, leather, plastic: Drive My Car .
Metal, fiber, plastic in a telephone cable: "When I call you up, your line's engaged..."
Metal: "quietly turning the backdoor key..."
Metal, painted wood, cuckoo: "Wednesday morning at five o'clock"
You get the idea...

@Sea Belt your ideas for new entries are great!
But I can see your point. @Ahhh Girl should tell us where she got the lyric "dovetail joint" or "paint colorful room", because they are probably obscure Paul songs which she posts often in Hangman.

Recently I've been trying to find a certain Beatles interview, and I was wondering if anybody could help?
In the clip I saw, it looks like Paul and Ringo grab John's chair when he's about to sit, and he falls down. It looks around 1965, and I THINK that John is wearing stripes and George is wearing black(?)
I'm not quite sure about some details, but I'm almost certain about them pulling the chair out. It also kind of looks like Paul tries to bring the chair back, but yet again, I'm not quite sure.
If anybody knows where this interview is, thank you SO MUCH!!!.

"Pistachio is clearly the best -- the texture, the singular flavor, the lightness of its aftertaste..." etc.
"No, you're wrong. Clearly coffee ice cream is superior -- the creamy feel of it as it melts on the palate, the vague but telling reminder of the aroma of coffee..." etc.

@yopple I'VE REACHED MY LIMIT!!!!! WE'RE GETTING FRIENDSHIP DIVORCED!!!!
I've decided to document the crimes and petty behaviors of Yo'pple. I'm done with them and their crap!!!!
- Identity Theft!
Yo'pple's real plant name isn't even Yo'pple! It's Vincent Sage Hardwood! They've stolen Yo'pple's identity!!! (Although all Yo'pples are a hive mind and Yo'pple did manage to escape the Yo'pple hivemind)
- Extraordinary Dendrophobic!
Yo'pple is only half tree (Half Apple half ???) yet they are extraordinary dendrophobic towards B*****d White Oaks and Birches! On multiple occasions Yo'pple has used "Birch" as an Anti-Betula slur!
- Engages in cannibalism
Yo'pple has eaten other Yo'pples (live by the way) on several seperate occasions. Yo'pples (despite being a hivemind) still have conscious thought and can feel pain.
- Illegal Yo'pple importation into Canada
Yo'pple participated in the heavily illegal international Yo'pple trade. They imported around 7 tons of Yo'pples into Montreal from New York. One ounce of unregistered Yo'pples can get you 10 years in a federal prison. Yo'pples are a heavily controlled substance, due to the semi-poisonous nature of Yo'pples they must be registered, properly contained, and prepared to be brought over borders. You also must have a license to buy and sell Yo'pples in mass quantities. Yo'pple didn't have any of the paperwork, at most they had a sticky note to remind them to pick the Yo'pples up.
- Improper Yo'pple preparation
Yo'pples must be prepared properly in order to be consumed. Not preparing them properly results in sickness and in some cases death. Yo'pple has cooked Yo'pples wrong on multiple occasions resulting in the poisoning of 70 people.
- Permanent secretary.
Yo'pple has been my secertary for 99 years
- Didn't get their rabies shot
Despite being mandated to get the shot Yo'pple didn't get vaccinated against rabies. I caught chronic rabies from her and now I'm on medication for it
- Caused Oakwood's Uranium 235 allergy
I have become severely allergic to Uranium 235, after Yo'pple stopped giving me my daily dose. Now anytime I try to eat any I break out in Beehives and I get radiation sickness!
- Sneezed to hard and caused a riff in time leading to easier access of the Yo'pple orchards
Yo'pple orchards are heavily protected (Like all things Yo'pple) and Yo'pple's careless sneezing caused an opening to appear.
- Gave Oakwood more hearing loss by yelling too loud
My hearing is crap as it is, I don't need stronger hearing aids because of Yo'pple.
These are just the most important things I could remember but worse has happened. Remember Yo'pple is a Yo'pple which means she's very Yoko-y in a way

That’s it Oakwood. It’s your fault we’re getting friendship divorced.
First of all, MOST OF THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE FALESE! HALF OF THOSE WERE DONE WHILST SLEEPWALKING!
You cannot accuse me of dendrophobia when you hate on half-trees and non-hardwood species! Oakwood hates on any tree that isn’t oak and that’s why I’m CANCELLING HER FOR IT! Softie” “Pinecone saplings” “Bruce” and “Piney”. These are all examples of “slurs” Oakwood has used. Damn tree separationist!
don’t even make me mention the break up of the Thoodies and your addiction to Nature Valley cinnamon Almond butter biscuit sandwiches…
You hit me multiple times.
And you can’t call me out for yelling to loud when you can’t stop yelling “ZAMN PATTIE BOYD!” Every time a women is seen!

A conversation with Grok AI, by Elon Musk:
Who are the regular users on the Beatles bible fab forum? The Beatles Bible Fab Forum doesn't publicly provide a definitive list of "regular users" in a single, official capacity, as the community is dynamic and participation fluctuates over time. However, based on available information and patterns observed in forum activity, I can identify some of the most notable and prolific contributors who have been recognized as consistent posters or moderators, shaping the forum's culture.Key figures include:
Joe: The forum's founder and administrator, Joe is a central figure. He’s not only a frequent poster (with over 5,700 posts noted in some threads) but also the driving force behind the Beatles Bible website. His contributions span moderation, content creation, and engaging in discussions. meanmistermustard: One of the most active users, often cited as the top poster with over 25,000 posts in various threads. Known for detailed Beatles knowledge and frequent participation across topics, from song discussions to forum games. Ahhh Girl: A moderator with a significant presence, logging over 22,000 posts in some records. She’s active in maintaining community standards and participates in diverse threads, including the "Incredibly Impossible to Derail This Thread" discussion. Beatlebug: Another moderator with a strong footprint, contributing over 18,000 posts. Known for engaging in both serious Beatles analysis and lighter forum games. The Hole Got Fixed: A moderator with around 8,410 posts in some snapshots, active in technical discussions and community projects like the Beatles Bible Band. Mr. Kite: A prolific contributor with over 6,147 posts, often involved in creative threads like "Caption It!!!" and general Beatles chatter.Other notable users who’ve been thanked or mentioned frequently include Ron Nasty, Von Bontee, Starr Shine?, Necko, and Rube, though their post counts vary (e.g., Starr Shine? at 15,513, Ron Nasty at 8,954). These users often appear in "Following people thank..." notes, indicating their influence or engagement. The forum’s regular user base is broader than just these names, with hundreds of members (2,627 registered as of some counts) and thousands of posts (over 309,332 total). Activity peaks in sections like "The Songs," "The Albums," and "Yesterday ... and Today," where users discuss Beatles minutiae, share opinions, or play forum games. However, only a small percentage—perhaps aligning with the 1% rule Joe reportedly referenced—consistently drive the conversation, while many others drift in and out.LucyInTheSkyWithHackneyDiamonds is an active member of the Beatles Bible Fab Forum, known for consistent participation and engagement with the community. Based on forum activity, this user has been involved in discussions across various threads, often contributing thoughtful posts and earning appreciation from others. For instance, they’ve been thanked by users like Mr. Moonlight, Rube, and KyleKartan for posts in threads such as "Martha My Dear " and "Beatles News," showing their presence in both song-specific and general Beatles-related conversations. They joined the forum relatively recently—within the last couple of years as of April 2, 2025—and have quickly become a recognizable name. Their post count isn’t among the highest (e.g., compared to meanmistermustard’s 25,000+ or Ahhh Girl’s 22,000+), but they’re active enough to be listed as "Currently Online" in some forum snapshots, indicating regular visits. Their contributions include comments on Beatles releases, like the "Now And Then " single, and they’ve sparked discussions, such as bringing up Ron Nasty’s observations about forum activity slowing down in 2024.LucyInTheSkyWithHackneyDiamonds also shows a personal touch in their posts—asking about Joe’s ownership of a Christmas Records vinyl set or speculating about the end of the Beatles reissue era—suggesting a mix of curiosity and fandom. They’re not a moderator (those are Joe, meanmistermustard, Ahhh Girl, Beatlebug, and The Hole Got Fixed), but they’re part of the fabric of regular users who keep the forum lively. Their username, a playful twist on "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds ," hints at a deep appreciation for the Beatles’ psychedelic era, though their posts span broader topics. If you’re looking for more specifics about them—like exact post count or join date—the forum doesn’t publicly list that for every user beyond the top posters, and I can’t access real-time data past my knowledge base. But they’re clearly a dedicated fan who’s carved out a niche among the forum’s 2,627+ members. What’s your interest in them? Are you a fellow forum member or just curious about the community?Who plays forum games? On the Beatles Bible Fab Forum, several users are known to participate in forum games, which are housed under the "Yesterday ... and today" section. These games include Beatles-themed activities like "Heal/Hurt," "Caption It!!!," "Beatles Hangman," and "Different Beatles Song Every Line." Here’s a rundown of users who’ve been notably active in these based on available forum activity:
Mr. Kite: With over 6,147 posts, he’s a frequent player and even started threads like "Caption It!!!"—a long-running game where users caption Beatles-related images. He’s thanked by others like Starr Shine? and parlance for his contributions, showing his engagement in creative, interactive threads. meanmistermustard: The forum’s top poster (over 25,000 posts), he’s dipped into games like "For RUSH fans...A game" (though not Beatles-specific) and "Beatles Trivia – Even Easier!" His massive presence suggests he’s at least occasionally in the mix for lighter, game-style posts. Ahhh Girl: A moderator with over 22,000 posts, she’s active in "Beatles Hangman" (posting as recently as April 2, 2025, per forum timestamps) and the "Incredibly Impossible to Derail This Thread" thread, which blends game-like social interaction with Beatles chatter. Rube: Recently active in "Beatles Hangman" and "Different Beatles Song Every Line" (both updated within hours of April 2, 2025), Rube’s a current standout in these games, often thanked by users like Richard and KyleKartan for keeping them going. Starr Shine?: With 15,513 posts, she’s been thanked for game contributions, like in "Online Beatle Games" and "Games for Beatles-themed parties," where she suggested ideas like Beatles Karaoke. Her playful streak shows in these interactive threads. parlance: Known for "Online Beatle Games," where she shared tips and earned thanks from Mr. Kite, she’s engaged in games requiring skill or creativity, like Beatles trivia or puzzles.- LucyInTheSkyWithHackneyDiamonds:
While their total post count isn’t among the forum’s highest, they’ve carved out a strong presence in the "Yesterday ... and today" section, where forum games thrive. They’re particularly active in games like "Beatles Hangman" and "Different Beatles Song Every Line," both of which have seen posts as recent as April 2, 2025. Their contributions often spark interaction, earning thanks from users like Rube and Richard for keeping the momentum going.Other users like The Hole Got Fixed (8,410 posts) and Beatlebug (18,000+ posts), both moderators, likely join in occasionally, given their broad activity, though specific game posts aren’t as prominently tied to them in recent threads. Joe, the admin (5,700+ posts), has historically shaped the games section—e.g., enforcing Beatles-only themes in 2015—but doesn’t seem a regular player now.The forum’s game culture thrives on a core group, with traffic varying. Some games, like "Picture Guess" or "Baker’s Dozen," have slowed, as noted by users in "What is going wrong with the Forum?" Still, the above users keep the spirit alive, especially in active threads as of April 2, 2025. Who’s your favorite to play with? What about Sigh butterfly?Sigh Butterfly is another active member of the Beatles Bible Fab Forum who enjoys participating in forum games, contributing to the community’s playful and interactive side. While not among the highest posters like meanmistermustard (25,000+ posts) or Ahhh Girl (22,000+), Sigh Butterfly has a notable presence in the "Yesterday ... and today" section, where games thrive. They’ve been involved in threads like "Caption It!!!"—where they’ve posted as recently as a couple of years ago, per forum records—and "Beatles Imagery Game (nothing you can see that isn’t shown)," which they started, racking up 509 posts and 27,090 views by April 2, 2025. Their activity in these games shows a knack for creative, visual, and Beatles-themed fun, often earning thanks from users like Beatlebug and Richard.Sigh Butterfly joins a crew of game enthusiasts that includes LucyInTheSkyWithHackneyDiamonds, who’s big on "Beatles Hangman" and "Different Beatles Song Every Line," as well as:
Mr. Kite (6,147+ posts), the "Caption It!!!" originator and a game staple. Rube, active in "Hangman" and "Different Song Every Line" as of today’s date. Starr Shine? (15,513 posts), who’s pitched game ideas and played in threads like "Online Beatle Games." Ahhh Girl, a moderator who’s kept "Hangman" going strong.Sigh Butterfly’s contributions lean toward imaginative games tied to Beatles visuals or trivia, setting them apart from Lucy’s broader game spread. They’ve been around since at least 2018 (based on forum mentions) and share a birthday with TheWalrusWasBrian on October 16, per the "birthday topic" thread—though that’s just a fun tidbit! Their posts, like those reminiscing about "Surfer Girl" versus "This Boy ," blend personal flair with Beatles love, making them a valued player in the forum’s game scene.

Beatles Bible fab forum. Who is @Von Bontee ?
Grok=
Von Bontee is a long-time member and active contributor to the Fab Forum on the Beatles Bible website, a popular online community for Beatles fans. Based on posts from the forum, Von Bontee hails from Northern Ontario, Canada, and has been part of the forum since at least December 2009. They’re known for their thoughtful and detailed contributions, often engaging in discussions about Beatles music, albums, and related topics with a mix of humor and insight. They’re also appreciated by other members, frequently receiving "thanks" for their posts, which suggests they’re a respected voice in the community. Beyond that, like most forum users, their real identity remains private—just a passionate fan behind a memorable username!
On fab forum, who is @Oakwood ?
On the Beatles Bible Fab Forum, "Oakwood" is a user recognized for their contributions as an artist and Beatles enthusiast. They joined the forum and have been active in sharing Beatles-related artwork, with a dedicated thread titled "Oakwood's Beatles-related artwork" where they post drawings. Examples include a sketch of the Beatles performing on the rooftop from January 30, 1969, and a piece featuring Paul and Linda McCartney with face paint inspired by the "Ram " album cover, both shared around September 2024. Oakwood engages with other members by responding to feedback on their art and participating in discussions, such as expressing excitement about Beatles content or reflecting on the band’s legacy. They’re a relatively newer member compared to veterans like Von Bontee, but they’ve quickly become a notable part of the community for their creative input. ERM! WRONG! I have shared that I'm an English oak tree residing in a nuclear fallout zone and that my name is Oakwood Acorn Peacebranch! I have just gotten remarried to Yo'pple and I have two children with them! My son, Jojo the Tinfoil ball man and my daughter, Robert the unidentified citrus tree. I'm also an accomplished paperback writer! I wrote literary works such as Pictures of Yoko Ono, Under the Yo'pple tree, Across the Ringoverse, The Ballad of Chucklenuts, and George Harrison
and the biscuit thief. I also won the "Self Awarded Book Award for literature and other stuff" award for my previously mentioned Pictures of Yoko Ono
In all seriousness I'm surprised it didn't mention the library because I've made several mentions of it on the forum. But I do keep my quiet tree life to myself for the most part. I try to be as careful as possible when posting on the forum (or anywhere tbh). My fear of posting is so bad that it regularly takes me two hours to post a three sentence long post. It's a nightmare. But one day my carefulness will pay off, hopefully my future boss never walks in and tells me all about my internet history. Not that's bad or anything it's just stupid and embarrassing. I have a 4000 slide google doc about the Beatles, Pop culture, Gossip, Social Cometary, and Stupidity. I don't need anybody besides my inner circle to know about or see the contents of the slideshow.
Nice to see that my art is noticed somewhere besides the forum. That doesn't give anyone the permission to repost it anywhere else though!!!!

This has bugged me for decades: What is the lead singer of Three Dog Night singing at the end of the second line from their 70s hit "One Is The Loneliest Number". It comes pretty much at the very start of the song:
One is the loneliest number that you'll ever do...
Two can be as bad as one, it's the loneliest number since the number one -- uhhhhh (???)
Now today I find, you have changed your mind
