Thanks! I did try and get them to be the same size but it wasn’t working so I gave up. I assume at some point it’ll frustrate me enough to actually sort it out.

I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

Tis was probably actually @Beatlebug from whom you heard the term from– I don’t really call out “Fiddys” or “Sub-fiddys”, neither on other people nor myself mccartney-shrug_01_gif

I vote that the *chef’s kiss* is added as official Forumpudlian vocabulary a-hard-days-night-john-3

*Chef kiss* is common internet vernacular though, not exclusive to the forum.

What the hell is a *chef’s kiss*? I always imagine a mustachio chef about to French kiss me (accordion plays). It’s kind of disgusting so please clarify.

Is the Zigtionary thread still open?

@Jules a chef’s kiss is where you like, kiss the fingers on the palm side of your hand (or make an OK sign with your fingers and thumb) and then kind of wave your hand away dramatically. It’s kind of hard to describe. Basically it indicates when something is excellent or perfect.

Yes.

*chef’s kisses* aren’t really eligible, though, because they’re not a meme that is unique to the forum, but rather a fairly widespread meme that is a habit of Rita’s specifically.

Don’t forget that ASJ came up with the actual name… didn’t you play a part in the creation of Walrian, though?

I’m still a teensy bit proud of post stealing, even though no one likes the term, it’s no longer relevant, and it meant I had to get a whole bunch of posts stolen and frame Walrian for not liking Little Child .

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8I’d forgotten about post stealing. That was a weird time; you’d click ‘submit reply’ and find that you’d posted something completely random.

I remember whenever I wrote an especially long post I would copy it before I posted just in case it disappeared. Probably a good habit to have, shame it’s worn off…

I still do that now, not because of the post-stealing, but because sometimes I’m so stupid that I accidentally hit ‘cancel’ instead of ‘submit’ and end up having to do it all again.
