If I hadn’t listened to all the people around me before I entered law school and went with my first inclination, I would probably be a paralegal now instead of a librarian. When I told people I was applying to a paralegal studies program, they all told me I was too smart and that I should go to law school. Oh well. I like being a librarian. And, who knows, when I retire from this gig, I might try out paralegal work. Maybe @Pablo Ramon will give me some pointers if I get to that point in life.

Well, I’m always happy to help…

That said, having spent my entire adult life working with and being a lawyer I recommend doing something else entirely!

If the Beatles turned left at Greenland, would they end up heading towards the south pole?

Depends. There’s a little left and a lotta left, and various lefts in-between. Each leads the weary traveller somewhere new.

Time for a new question!

How did you discover the Beatles Bible?

I discovered it some months before I joined, but upon finding the guess the song by the picture game, I decided to join. And then promptly forgot to make a guess!

I discovered The Beatles Bible on new year’s eve 2010 through Google. I read the whole “You Know You’re A Hardcore Beatles Fan When…” thread and then a week later or something I joined.

How did you discover the Beatles Bible?

Well I was looking up the lyrics to Monkberry Moon Delight (still trying to find the real lyrics), when I stumbled upon Joe’s article on the song and learned about how Paul got the title from his kids calling milk “monk”. Then I guess I joined a week or two later, but didn’t get into the forum a ton until about a month after that.

I first discovered the main site around late 2008.  At the time, I was adding content to beatleswiki.org and I often used the Beatles Bible as a source, along with Mark Lewisohn’s books.  I no longer contribute to Beatleswiki, mainly because A. I realized that I bit off more than I could chew and B. Trolls took over and destroyed a lot of my work.  It was a couple years before it occurred to me to become a member of the forum.

I'm Necko.  I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

Most likely to post things that make you go hmm... 2015, 2016, 2017.

I accidentally stumbled upon the website in around late 2014 (12 yrs old) when I wasn’t quite a Beatles fan. I was curious to find out how George died (sad, but true) as I already knew that John was shot. This was back when there were frames with the 4 Beatles in at the top of the page. I stumbled upon the site again in (I think) January 2016, and was a frequent guest on the forum until I finally decided to join on New Year’s Day 2017. And here I am a-hard-days-night-john-6!

After beginning my Beatles journey on May 26, 2013, I decided to read a biography of the group to really get in deep. I checked out Shout! from my library. When a story in the book would catch my imagination, I would search for more information on the ‘net. Of course, I ran across Joe’s site while on those expeditions. I joined the forum on August 20th. I think my first post was https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..g-to-play/ which then led to https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..93/#p80745

I said previously but here is the Apple-inspired remastered edition possibly with new information as I can’t remember what I wrote.

I was on another Beatles forum (i think, I may have joined both at the same time but I doubt it) and joined here for some reason or other. I then disappeared from here for a while being a regular, and a mod, on the other. One day that forum vanished from the annals of history, time and space without warning and I returned here. There was a good few months gap between my joining and becoming a regular.

I would read Beatles Bible articles all day at school, then one day I saw the “from the forum” section, and started posting. I had made an account earlier to comment on articles.
