Hello all! I don’t get around here much anymore as my computer time is rare nowadays but I hope everyone is doing well!
About 2 years ago I got a friend request from a girl on Facebook. She had google imaged “Beatles Tatoos” and came across a picture of me I had posted on this site https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..-3/#p17574
From This site she went to the Beatles bible Facebook page and saw me on the friends list. She sent me a message saying she saw my tattoo on The Beatles Bible and we started talking. We discovered that we were going to the same Paul concert two weeks from then and we decided to meet up for coffee before the concert.
On July 6th (The day that John Met Paul
) of this year I proposed to her and she said yes.

So thank you to the Beatles Bible, without it I would not be the happy man I am today

I can’t see any of the followers, Joe. Maybe that was the case 2 years ago? Which makes RedLennon even luckier, if there was a small window for that to happen.

Offline I’m wondering whether a couple of years ago you had a facility to “friend” the BeatlesBible on FB, that you no longer have, or have lost as FB has updated? Which would have informed “friends” when you updated the page. Then a list of friends would have appeared on the page. Currently, when I visit friends FB page who have the “friend” facility the list of their friends appears down the right hand side of the page, along with their FB ID pictures. Especially since RedLennon says she saw him on the friends list, not on a list of those who’d liked.

Offline Thank you for all the great responses everyone! We have not chose a date yet but have played around with the idea of Oct 9th 2015, which is the anniversary of our first date, along with Johns Bday. We do want a fall wedding, and the 9th is on a friday so it may work well.
