Recent song-kicks:
This random tune I found from a skateboarding video, of all things (I don't watch them as a rule, but this one came highly recommended and it was very beautifully done – and I say this as someone who knows next to nothing about skateboarding or skateboarding videography, but I know beauty when I see it):

and also "The Millionaire Waltz" by Queen

and a couple songs by Stevie Nicks: "Outside The Rain" and "Nightbird"

and today:

heart

Been listening to this on repeat every morning for a few days now. It was my first real introduction to Tom Petty, the one that got me hooked, but I've perhaps overlooked it since – until now. It being springtime, I've been in the mood for it.

Also been digging "Rooms On Fire" and "Sable On Blond" by Stevie Nicks.

Occasionally I discover a song that has a touch of WTF appearing and this is definitely one.

'StopLight De-Lite' by Lana Del Rey.

Seriously, it sounds like some weird pinball machine is having issues yet is so damn happy thru-out.
