Do you know if A/B Road works on the site (great find by the way), as there are lots of comments about getting stuck at 22 and being unable to move past because there are problems with it? If I were recommending a good start point, I’d probably recommend Artifacts I, II & III. A very good set.

I have the complete A/B Road, can share if anyone needs/wants it.

Can’t say enough of this site that sells great Beatles videos.  The more you buy, the more he will discount (if you ask before buying)

http://www.kvideodvd.com/index…..ory_id=193

Blu Ray’s: http://www.kvideodvd.com/index…..cts.search

I’ve bought the Blue/Red/White Beatles Blu Ray’s and it’s got every Beatles MTV style video you can think of, including the rare Cavern video.  I also later decided to get The 1964 Washington Concert, the Famous 1965 Shea Stadium and 1966 Tokyo Concerts and they are as good as it gets for quality.

I’m not getting paid to say all this, just want to share great Beatles stuff, if your a fanatic like me!!!! a-hard-days-night-ringo-15

Note by Ahhh Girl 7 June 2014: this post and the next one were a thread. I moved them here for instructional purposes.

Its not his stuff to sell so no wonder he’s willing to give discounts. Hunt around the net and you will find beatles dvds to download for free (buy the officially released ones).

True.  You can download every Beatles song too, but people like holding the album covers or actually having a CD case to physically have and hold in their collection.

It would be like buying Bootlegs.  You know you want them……..a-hard-days-night-ringo-8

Hard copies are easy enough to burn, and most free downloads come with the artwork. Anyone selling nowadays is ripping people off.

As Ron said most files you download nowadays come with the artwork for anyone who wants it and nearly all computers are capable of burning cds and dvd’s. To be paying $25 for something you can do at home for free is just daft in my opinion.

You also run the risk of either not getting what you pay for when buying such things and losing your money or finding them to be crap knock-offs in awful quality and wasting your money.

If you want Beatles dvd’s guitar101 has a whole load available for download. They may take time to get but its free and you wont lose money on them.

It’s worth mentioning, as it gets many mentions in this thread, that Everything…Beatles no longer has any links before 22 August 2014. Looks like they may have had some trouble and are having to start again. At the moment Remasters Workshop versions of some classic boots are going up.

Octaner’s Blog has upped ‘Unforgettable – The Paul McCartney Christmas Album’ which includes the John’s copy of the christmas album Paul made and gave to his fellow Beatles as a gift in 1965. Sadly John taped over the second side with other oddities, some of which are included here.

Also recently upped was ‘The Beatles Christmas Album (Remastered)’ which includes as one of the bonus tracks a 26 minute rarely reported, rarely booted, once thought lost Christmas recording from 1965 which is not from the ‘Think For Yourself ‘ vocal overdub session.

edit: links removed.

I don’t know if this is is the right place to put this, but I have been having a lot of trouble finding most of the Purple Chick stuff. I would like it if someone could tell me where to get the deluxe and BBC stuff, and preferably in MP3.

@ethanland, I moved your post to this thread. If you don’t find the answer already in here, someone may be able to answer it for you.

@ethanland, world of beatles bootlegs has recently Purple Chick’s live discs so there might be of use; the same site has listed all the discs over at guitars101 so you can search thru easier and find what it is you are looking for.

Help i read better. I’ll see if i can find the BBC material.  Does it have to be Purple Chick as there are other sources around like Hobnail’s ‘Unsurpassed Broadcasts’?

Edit: links removed.

I would like it to be Purple Chick, as I’m trying to get all of their bootlegs. I’ve also looked at both of the sites you mentioned, and I couldn’t download the deluxe stuff.

The links for the live discs work fine for me so no idea why they don’t for yourself.

I know the live links work, that’s where I got them. The links I’m talking about are for the deluxe sets and the BBC stuff.

Sorry. I think i need my eyes testing as i read live and A/R Road initially. To make up for my stupidity

BBC Purple Chick – links in post 6 seem to be working.

Can’t find the deluxe album but they must be about.
